made sure that I was happy with the service. My husband was very impressed, also.

The service tech was great - on time - even arrived early - good personality - explained the process but I felt like it was a little rushed - not saying he wasn't thorough but I wish he had taken a little more time in each room - he was in and out - I had heard the rave reviews on KFYI - perhaps my expectations were too high? Carpet had a little bit of a funny texture when it dried...I will vacuum again tonight and Im sure that will make it feel better to walk on....

Codie was exceptionally meticulous at explaining the products and services for ZeroRez. We started out with only cleaning carpets in 3 rooms and woundup also doing all the tiles and furniture Based on the quality of work and his personality.
we have had many other companies perform this service but Codie and ZeroRez exceeded all of out expectations

The floor was beautiful when finished, and the tech was very friendly and personable.
I bought the cleaning spray, and love it.
My only disappointment was the large discrepancy in the quote we got over the phone and the actual cost of the job. I understand complete accuracy over the phone is difficult to achieve, but the actual bill was I believe double what we were expecting. We have been put in a difficult situation as we do not own the home or pay the cleaning bill, and are quite uncomfortable presenting this bill to the people who do pay for the cleaning.

Love the service and the outcome. Wish we had a little more control of the time window. It is difficult to reserve an entire day until just 2 days before. It would be nice to schedule the time ahead and know that it will work out. I called a month ahead of time and still did not end up with a window that worked well for me.

I understand my carpet is old, yet your process was able to get it clean in a streaky kind of way. So my path way is streaky clean.

The product cleans better than any I have every seen. The technician did everything he could to make sure that I was happy.

I had hoped to get all the tracked dirt out. Its as clean as when I have had the regular cleaning done. Time will tell with the re-soiling issue said to occur due to residual soap in the carpets. It smelled as if I had it cleaned by the other cleaners. Perhaps this is residual soap? I may do another cleaning with your company just to see but I don't want to pay $186! I think your 3 room special of $129 is more in line with the value I received. I won't need to do the guest room again for awhile since is gets very little use.
I do appreciate the time Keith spent on cleaning the carpets.

No chemicals, clean and dries fast

Two hour window, technician arrived about 10 minutes prior to the initial window, service and product was excellent.

I liked that there are no chemicals being put into the carpet that we walk on. Especially for our children who play on the carpet daily.

I feel like the carpet is clean. The technician was nice, attentive, listened well and did a great job.

I wasn't very happy with that fact that they were supposed to just be doing the special for three rooms for $130+ tax and it turned into a almost $300 job and all the guy did was two rooms and two hallways. And there's a surcharge for stairs, I wasn't informed of. The carpet came out cleaner but the pricing surprised me a lot.

Andrew, our technician listened to every area I had a concern with and far passed expectations. Other Zerorez tech's came out and stated they could not get the dark marking out from shoes at the bottom of the stairs. Andrew removed : wiz kid !!!!! He was outstanding with all his customer service !

I haven't seen customer service like Zerorez has in over a decade. Every person I spoke with was knowledgeable and everyone was " on the same page ". The Technician was polite,knowledgeable and seemed to actually like his job. These things alone will have me coming back !

The product is excellent and my carpets always look GORGEOUS after Zerorez has cleaned them. Also, have had great experience with the friendly scheduling staff and technicians.

My carpets came out cleaner then any other service. The tech was the nicest gentleman. Definitely not using any other service again.

Very Friendly and professional workmen - I especially was impressed by the way they protected the corners - no other carpet cleaning service we've used before ever did that.

But we were very disappointed with follow-up on a small problem we had with some spots on our carpet. The receptionist was rude and said it had to be our fault - but we were not here while the carpet was drying and when we returned home we found footprints that we are certain was just an oversight by the gentleman who cleaned our carpets. But the receptionist wouldn't have anyone or the gentlemen who cleaned out carpets come back right away - she made an apt for Dec.6 THREE WEEKS LATER!

We were promised a full service experience for our business and instead I had to pay 3 of my employees over time hours to help the Zerorez employee do his job.

The tech did not know anything about the job or what he was there to do. He commented that he didn't have fans to help dry the carpet and barely had enough water to do the job because he didn't know what the job was. There was so much miscommunication and misinformation regarding this job that I asked my manager who was communicating to me about the issues if he was even from the same company.

The only reason for the "3" rating is that the job actually did get done and the results were good.

The service was excellent! I have recommemended your services many times to my friends.

I realized after the last service that I missed one traffic area near my kitchen area unfortunately. Not sure how we overlooked it! I guess we'll catch it next time.

Service was great but the stairs took to long to dry

Very professional, excellent customer service in person and on the phone, quick appointment availability, got rid of the pet smell that I was doubtful would ever be gone, definitely worth the cost, dried so fast, no wet carpet smell that lingers for days like other cleaners, I will call you agin for sure!
