Amazing results, clean, soft no residue
Very courteous rep at our home. . Explained process.. answered all questions. Took good care while cleaning around base and furniture.
The tech (Michael) that came to my house was very friendly, honest and professional. With 3 children and a dog our (very old) carpet has many high traffic areas and I was blown away at how clean they look now! He was able to get them cleaner than we ever imagined possible.
Carpet was pretty dirty. Tech cleaned up better than I thought it would. Didn't actually lick the carpet to test the Zerorez claim! I did go outside and look at the truck. I told the tech his equipment really sucked....not 100% sure he got it. Or, maybe he hears it all the time. I will use Zerorez again.

I think you do a good job but I am not sure the cost is justified. I pay nearly three times what I used to pay for five rooms when I used to get my whole house done. The technician takes about the same time. I like the idea of not leaving any residue but it is really expensive. More than $300 for my front room, dining room, family, stairs, hall and bedroom is way too much. The cost of the stairs is outrageous. I understand stairs are more difficult but the cost is way high. Additionally, some room are really dirty and some rooms have a few spots but the cost is the same.
The service tech was fantastic and very knowledgeable and answered all our questions prior starting. He was thorough and very personable. Will definitely be repeat customers.

There was a mice citrus small and it doesn't take a long time to clean the rugs and cost was comparable

I was not called to confirm my appt. I had to call YOU. Also, I could not print my receipt of the work done.
I'm waiting to see. 2 years ago Tyler cleaned our tile and he did a FABULOUS job. I have given his name out several times since. This time (even tho I requested Tyler) we got Abel, who was polite and nice. Problems he created were not nice. My area rug is now totally buckled, Does not look clean, and is very stiff. I have water spots on my newly cleaned windows and cabinets, I can't put my house back together and had to cancel a party I had planned for today 11/30 as a result. There was a pool of water on my stove top when he left. Grout in several areas did not look clean, but he said they would lighten when dry...he went ahead and sealed them...still the same color and do not look clean. No regard for my possessions that were put out of his way and he went ahead and soaked them. On top of that I would say your receptionist who took the initial call to book the appointment would not listen to what I wanted done so she could not adequestly quote the job. I called yesterday 11/29 to complain. I spoke with Charles who say Rae would call me monday morning 12/1 to "Make things right"
The professionalism and the knowledge of the representative.
Quick. Painless. Efficient. We appreciated the little things like the bumpers they put on wall edges and the little booties they let you keep while the carpet dries.

The technician was less then thrilled about doing more work, charged extra for the same things you used to include example the stair landing was extra when the steps have to have a landing that was included before, he did a great job but was quick to pull out measuring tape on what was always included before
