Your commitment and warranty
The process of setting the appointment was very easy and I like that we were given a small window of time for the day of the appointment. The technician was friendly and worked quickly.
The main reason I like Zerorez is that you don't use soap. Technician was able to remove ink
from carpet. I really did not expect the results we had. He was very professional and personable.
Technician explained pet odor process and additional fees. Carpet dried faster then expected.

Kept me informed re: time of arrival
I was immediately pressured into trying to buy extra treatment for $25 per room which would have been an extra $75 dollars on top of the total which KNIX says 3 rooms complete for $129!
I'm very happy with the tile cleaning service. I want to have my couches cleaned as well, but your prices for that are just too high. I'm just going to clean them myself. As for the tile, I'll definitely have you guys come back in a few months.

I am always very pleased with the outcome of any cleaning services contracted. I have had Zerorez clean my carpets, steam my tile floors, and most recently a large sofa. I have large dogs who make it difficult to keep things clean and your company always does an excellent job of restoring our carpets and floors so that they look almost new again.
You called when you were on your way, the Tech went over everything before he started, and the carpet came out clean!

We recently had our sins room cleaned however dispite paying for he extra for pet stain removal (which was a lot of puppy urine)smells wrost then before we had the carpet cleaned! Very disappointed will not use zerorez again
