Louis did a great job on our carpeting. He also did a very good job explaining what needed to be done and why. At the end Louis did a super job explaining again what was done.

Our grout is a little lighter but not even close to clean. The tile cleaning process left a slimy film with little grease spots in the border of the carpet. Our carpets did not come clean at all. They look fluffier but all traffic areas at the feet of our sectional are exactly the same as before. These are areas that normally come clean with a traditional carpet cleaning service. I would not recommend Zerorez to anyone and will not be using your services again. Extremely disappointed $310 later. Would love to hear from someone. We could tell that the cleaning was superior to other carpet cleaners and when it dried the carpet was soft to the touch. The person doing the cleaning was friendly, courteous, neat in apearance, and knew his job well.

Love the clean natural feel of your products. My carpet wasn't "crunchy" after the cleaning. It just looked and felt clean. Service is also outstanding!

The service representative was excellent.
The technician was very professional and friendly. I was not happy with the amount of water that was left on my tile near carpet border. Also, not real happy that carpet was not raked, or combed after cleaning. The total time it took for him was 45min and that includes set up. He had initially told me it would be one and a a half hr approx. I felt like it was a rushed job. The carpet is cleaned as well as I expected.
The standard set by former employee Jeremy Kies is no longer being adhered to. I had to remind Cody to place the corner wall protectors, instead of working one room at a time, he kept traipsing back and forth, room to room, he did not work in the traditional little 5 x 5 squares which allows better wall to wall coverage instead of his fan style, too worried about I am so good they let me on my own after one month rather than the 4 months of training according to him, and then to top it all off, knocked a candle decoration of the wall breaking some of the glass cups it held.
Yes, he apologized but for what we paid, no, after being a repeat customer, and thinking of our previous experience in reference to quality, I will find another company. Not sure if things have changed for you as a company, but I do not like what I am seeing.
As a paying repeat customer, my expectations are increasing while the service is slipping.

Had spots around the baseboards where it was totally clean and other section there was a definite line that didn't go all the way to the baseboards but couldn't tell until after the tech was gone and the floor was dry. Had to get down and clean by hand which didn't totally match.
