Service was great. Pricing was clear before the work was done. We had tile and carpet floors cleaned. Don't have any suggestions to make any better.
Very happy with the job Zerorez Did in my home
Six or seven years ago we were told our carpets were so old and worn they could no longer be cleaned to look decent. Well hello, we switched to Zerorez and are still living with the same carpeting. Yes, new carpeting would look better, but Zerorez has made all the difference. In addition, each time the person coming out to do the cleaning has been knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. Very willing to work with us on problem areas. This last time the technician even refilled my 2.5 gallon container with Zerorez water for multi purpose cleaning. Love that stuff. Makes window cleaning especially easy. Thank you for doing such a good job.
I like that the technician showed up right on time and my carpets look great.
I already called and talked to your customer relation person. Our carpet cleaning was not done very well. The walkway in the bedroom looked terrible. Stain in bedroom didn't get cleaned. I appeared little effort was made to do a good job.

Absolutely everything I heard on the country station I listen to is correct. My technician was very presentable and professional. I received a call indicating he was on his way and an ETA was given. There was no extra "hard sell". I actually added extra areas to be cleaned. My tech explained the process to clean my tile floors and my area rug. The fees charged were very reasonable.
I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience.

No residue
the end product is that our rugs do not have the crunchy, sort of "oily" feel and attraction of dirt as they do when cleaned by conventional means.
The technician did a great job ! Carpets are good as new .

I was not told while scheduling the appointment my closet would be included with the master bed room. Had I known I would have had everything off the floor. Also, The carpet feels a bit crunchy in some areas like maybe the area didn't get rinsed well or something.

Some areas of carpet dried A little crunchy. It may have been residue left over from other carpet cleaners in the past but I was under the impression that It would be removed. I was not completely disappointed with appearance of the carpet but just expected better results.
My carpet and couches have never looked cleaner. I have no idea what you use or how you do it but I have used two other companies and have never had the results look like this.

The 2 techs that came and did the floors were really nice. They told me what was gonna happen how long it was gonna be to do my tile and grout. I asked if I should seal the grout after and they said they could do that for me, since I don't have much time I took the offer. The loved the way it made the living room smell. Even the next morning....it smells clean! It has that "new car smell". It smells like a new house and floors look great, and with 2 kids and a dog that's saying something!
Your company could not give me a real price, your tech said my place smells of pee from my dog. My dog is not use my house as a bathroom!!! I smell the floor before and had other people in my home and never complain of this smell. Your tech told me he was coming from a home that had a lot of pee and said mine smelled the same. He was trying to raise the price on all the time. first you gave a price of $143.00, I was ok with that then you gave me a price $263.00 for the pet treatment that I did not need. I will not come back to you and or recommend you to any!!!!! Pisss offff you loosers!!!!!!!!!! scamer im soo tick on how I treated!! Sticking wit SANELY STEAMER FOR LIFE YOU JERKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
