There was no chemical odor and I could not believe how clean our tile/grout was when he was done. The technician was up front with me regarding a small stain in our bedroom. He said he was not sure he could get it out - I appreciated the up front notification.
Brain clearly explained the pricing.
Scheduling was perfect. The tech arrived at the time you said he would. He did his job well.
Setting the appointment was very thorough. I was told when the service tech would call and they did. The tech showed up when he said he would, he explained everything he was doing and did an excellent job for the price quoted.

I liked the fact that you do not use soap & chemicals. The 2 young men who were here were very accommadating and asked and listened to what I had to say and wanted.

The price WAS Too high. The tech did an excellent job but I felt like I was "nickel and dimed". $5 for each step is alot, plus I was charged more for having one double step. Come on.

Carpets always come out clean and stay clean longer then any other carpet cleaning company or self carpet cleaning product we have used. The carpet is also soft and not crunchy like other company and products.

Friendly people both in the office & in the field. Tile & carpet cleaning results were fabulous.
I had my floor tile & grout cleaned. Brian was very friendly and explained what he was doing. However, he kept saying that when the grout dried completely (up to 3 days, it would all be the same color. This is not the case, as some areas are definitely darker than others. The suction process also left pits in the tile in several places. I think it was where there was filler in the tile.
Carpet tends to stay looking good a lot longer.

Rugs came out beautiful. One area still seemed soiled after technician was finished. He then went back and did his best to clean it again. It was just a particularly soiled area. It came out better and I was pleased with the whole job.
