A couple stains where not completely removed and I was charged additionally for my living room. The technician said it's because it's over 250sqft. When I talked to the person on the phone to make an appointment he said you're allowed 250sqft a room as part of your standard pricing. Well my 3 rooms do not equal 750sqft and one of the rooms they cleaned is very small. Technician said "that's not how it works, sorry" then he kept trying to sell me on the "protectant" when I had already expressed my frustration on the price. Every other company I've called do it by square footage. I got quotes from a couple other local companies and initially the quotes where the same. Since zerorez was recommended by a family member I decided to go with you, but after having my price jump up $46 bucks unexpectedly, I'm not sure if I would use you again. I have my kitchen tile and upstairs carpet I want cleaned next but I have to really think about using zerorez again. It's becoming harder and harder to find honest companies to rely on. I really don't want to get an estimate of $200 for upstairs and it suddenly be $300+ when the technician arrives.

I would have like to know when spot cleaning cat throw up stains that it is very likely they will not go away and will come back. the carpet looked good right after cleaning, but in the morning after it dried, all the stains came back through.... a little disappointing - and maybe deceptive.

He did a great job and explained every thing he did. It didn't leave a crunchy sound after the carpet dried like soap does.

You were great to deal with from the first call to the paying of the bill when the tech was leaving. Very happy with the way my carpet turned out and the tech was very helpful in explaining what he was going to be doing and how your system works.

Courteous (Tyrone was great!), on time, beautiful job. Trustworthy company-I feel I can leave while they are doing their job if I need to run errands. This is the second time we have used them. Wouldn't use anyone else!

Make sure that if a customer is happy with the service tech they have been using that at the time appointment is set they are given the option to have that tech back when his schedule allows or have a new Tech.
Natural and great technicians.
We had a dog urine stain on our carpet and not only is the stain still there but it looks like the stain was attempted to be bleached over. BUT the bleach stain completely missed the urine stain and is right next to it. So now have a urine stain and a bleach white spot on our carpet. All other stains were not lifted out as well. Drips were left all over our floor that we are having to go back and clean. The guy who cleaned our carpets was very friendly though. Not sure if the poor cleaning was his fault or just your equipment/cleaning solutions.
I was completely amazed at how clean my carpets were when the job was done! We had MULTIPLE pet urine stains on light tan carpet in our bedroom, which I had tried unsuccessfully to get out on several occaions. Casey got them all out in no time! Same goes for the area rug in my living room, which we had tried to clean and thought we had ruined. When Casey was done...it looked like new! We are going to have him come back to do our tile and grout in the near future and look forward to the same success as we had with the carpets.
No chemicals and the service men were very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
