I like that your company doesn't use chemicals to clean the carpets. We are having a baby, and she will be on the floor at times, and it's important that the carpet isn't saturated with a bunch of harmful chemicals. I also wasn't expecting all of the stains to come out of the carpet, but they are all gone in both of the rooms that we had cleaned.

I was charged almost $70 more than I was quoted. The carpet did not dry any faster than the usual carpet cleaning and there is a sour odor that is still lingering in my house. Sorry

I Like the fact that the product is safe and that when your through, it looks great! the service continues to be wonderful!

I called in for the special which was 3 rooms for $129. There seem to be several "additional fees" that were tacked on. My condo is 1200 sq ft so we aren't talking about large rooms at all. But nevertheless, I agreed to the inflated price of $168.00
Once the technician arrived he informed the person at my condo that the 3ft hallways were not included and that he would have to charge me $198!! I was very upset that during the call for the estimate I wasnt informed that it Zerorez only included from the door frame in. I am not sure how they expect that one room leads into another. Again- This was not a grand hallway... its about a 3ft walkway that connects the 3 rooms. I called the office and told them I would not be paying for that because it was not included in the initial estimate. The gentleman in the office did get permission to not charge me for it, and I appreciated it.
Also what really soured my entire experience was that I knew I wasnt going to be there to pay the tech, so on the Monday when I was called to confirm my timeslot on Wednesday, I asked if I could pay because my boyfriend would be greeting the technician and I wanted to pay. So the woman told me they could not charge me until after the service but that she would take my credit card number/Exp/CCV, and run it after the service is complete. Apparently no one told the Technician this. He was stuck between a rock and hard place (which he handled very well) of following procedure and a very unhappy customer on the phone (which was me)! He called his office and they called me. I refused to give my credit card number for the pure point of the fact that I was assured that everything would be fine with me paying ahead of time. I was given the excuse that someone had left the office and locked whereever they keep the credit card numbers. The next day my card was charged as planned.

It always comes out nice and clean and no big smell. The tec was very informative took care of all the little things we wanted done. Very good job through out the house. Very happy thank you.

Your Technician Mike was very customer oriented, paid attention to details, tidy, engaging, informative, prompt and thorough. Proof of process evident in that the carpet is like new...THANKS Mike and THANKS Zerorez!

Better pricing. $25.00 per spotty area is CRAZY!- our technician was great but pricing is really high compared to others.

Zerorez is the best when it comes to cleaning your carpet period.I should know been in the carpet business for over two decades. Technician was very professional and new what he was doing.The products that zerorez uses makes your carpets come out looking and smelling like new.I will recommend zerorez everY time someone is in need of their services.

The tech was able to remove some of the pet stains and odor but it returned almost immediately

My carpets look great and the tech was very good. The only negative I have is maybe you shouldn't tell customers it should be dry in 8 hours because it's definatly not

Technician was friendly and was efficient with his time and things looked great when he left. The next morning when I woke up i.e. today, there was a white residue on the carpet in the high traffic area, it appeared to be from whatever he was spraying in that area. I vacuumed and it looked better, but not perfect.

All of the process was explained cleat. There was nothing unexpected.

no one has ever contacted me regarding the torn section on my couch that your salesman put there showing me how you would clean my furniture. Everyone I have talked to tells me they will tell their manager and get back to me. Hah
