I love that there are no chemicals, just "empowered" water. The results were fantastic. This was my first time using your services and I will absolutely use them again. Troy did a great job, was right on time, finished just when he estimated he would and was very professional. I could not be more pleased with the results.
The carpets are not "crispy" afterwards and do not need to be swept before putting the furniture back. They are dry and can be walked on in a short amount of time. They smell clean and fresh. No chemical smell.
thought appointment was going to be before noon and found out day of appointment that it was from 4-6 pm
there are red stains in carpet and no offer to treat them after they were pointed out. you can contact Red Mountain Villas at Phone number removed and offer to treat/die stains in unit 1446 with no additional charge. also bottle of cleaning solution purchased with $45 credit did not have a seal on it and appears to be water only. tried product in spray bottle and seemed to have no affect whatsoever.
Friendly and competent service, environmentally friendly, the carpets and sofa looked great, no residue, no odor following service (from our pet stains)

The carpets look so much brighter, but the biggest perk was the service techs. They went above and beyond to clean more than just my carpets. Amazing customer service!

My carpet looked clean when the tech was finished but I had to clean up water that I spilled on my rug just 4 days after the service and the washcloth was visibly soiled. Yuk.

Friendly personnel and quality service
When I was quoted the price there was no mention of $2 a linear foot for a hall. After measuring the great room and finding out it would be two rooms I figured the hall would be included. The great room was 350sq ft. not 500 which would be your coverage for two rooms.
Well to start off the time frame I was promised was wrong by 30 minutes, 1/4 of the entire time frame given. Due to that inconvenience, a representative called me and told me an extra room would be cleaned, or the protectant could be put on one of the rooms that was already scheduled to be cleaned for free. I agreed, and upon tech arrival, he never mentioned the gratis item until I mentioned it. Then he proceeded to try to convince me what an inconvenience it would be to me, because "it will take A LOT longer to dry for the protectant or a lot longer to do if he has to clean another room". He made it clear by his emotions and body language that it was going to inconvenience him. Until I told him "that if it was going to ruin his night, to not worry about it". He then smiled and said, "thanks man". After he was finished with the 3 rooms, he gave me my invoice which showed the protectant on it, and when I asked him to remove it, he told me he had to put it on because it was promised to me, but if I was contacted by the company, to "just tell them I did it for you". Well I don't know what kind of employee asks customers to lie for them to their employer. I at that moment realized, as a first time Zerorez customer, that I would probably not be using them again or recommending them. Silver lining is, he did a good job cleaning my carpets. A stain that I assumed would be able to be removed was not, but I don't believe that has anything to do with the tech. The price was fair, even considering the fact that I was asked to lie, I didn't receive the gratis item I was promised, and my tech was 30 minutes late. As for making it right, I'm not sure what you could do. I'm not traumatized from the situation, but the last encounter with the tech left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
My grout is still dirty and it was a total waste of my money and time. I paid $462.00 for clean tile grout and did not get. The rugs look great, but that is all. Why were you unable to clean the grout? Grout is 3.5 years old and was cleaned a year ago and I'm one person living in the house. You should have been able to clean. The tech had every stupid excuse in the book, which was so annoying. He actually said that they used different grout in an area, why would an installer do the WHOLE house and then choose to use different grout in another area with the same tile. Stupid!!! Oh and I have extra grout so they did not run out. In the main traffice area one spot looks pretty good so why was it cleaned and not the reat? I told the tech for $462 he was going to have to put the elbow grease in scrubbing the main traffic area and if he was going to just spray his cleaner and suck it right up we weren't going to get clean tile. He said he would scrub?? After he was done I had white residue in places and he was kind enough to tell me it cleans right up with a rag. Once again I just paid $462 dollars I'm not cleaning up anything with a rag you are!! What I should have heard was "Lets do a once thru over the tile and check out together and I will clean up for you" Super waste of $462!!! Last year I had 3 bedroom carpets cleaned, 2 large area rugs, 2 smaller area rugs and the entire house grout cleaned for $500. Zerorez did 1 large area rug, 1 smaller area rug and the entire house grout for $462. Not very competitive. I found it interesting that the itemization was emailed to my work email so I didn't have a chance to review until today. I should have been able to get a price itemization on Sat. $120 dollars to clean an area rug!! It was twice the size of the small area rug that cost $30 so shouldn't it been $60 to clean? Environmental Fee? Why would you need this since you use Empowered Water and no chemicals?? Your tech used my restroom which was fine, but then I had to tell him to zip his fly. He's a grown man he should know to zip his fly when he done using the restroom.
Carpet had dog oil/dirt from dogs laying on the it. I had the carpet cleaned expecting it to be odorless afterwards, the next day the smell was worse. I don't feel zeroez did a good job with cleaning my carpets.
