Floors did not come out how I expected. There are some type of soap stains now all over my couch. I took pictures and sent them in. I would like the cost of my couch refunded as I now have to get the marks out.

I own a little café that serves around 250 people a day. The carpet gets a lot of abuse! No matter how dirty it may be, it looks like new when Zerorez leaves. And ...it really does stay cleaner longer!

My traffic areas did not look any better after cleaning than before. They were the only areas that really needed cleaning except for a few spots.
The attitude of the person that was here. I know the carpet and tile are old, but he didn't even attempt to say I will do the best I can. He just went through the motions and said "Oh well" I would have preferred to have someone be a bit more compassionate and act like he cared about doing this job like it was his own house.

I have always like your service. I have been using zerorez for about 9 years and have recommended you repeatedly. This time I was disappointed in our master bedroom rug. There is a large area at the foot of the bed that is still dirty.
