Thoroughly cleaned my carpet and couches
Everything, great customer service skills and the guys that came to my house worked super hard to get a stain out from the carpet that I thought would be there forever.
Your service was Amazing your technicians (Roy and Price) were very professional, I had some concerns and had to speak with Shelley and she was very sweet and helpful. You stand behind your product and your word that impressed us. The carpet looks Awesome and feels soft, not crunchy or hard like we have had in the past.

When I called and scheduled my original appointment, I was told I would receive a call 2 days before my appointment giving me a (2) hour window of time for arrival. I was also told that the tech would call me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. This all happened exactly as stated. The price I was quoted was exactly that and not a penny more. There were no surprises and my carpets looked great! I would absolutely recommend Zerorez. I am a very happy customer!

How well they clean my carpets. I purchased the water it has many uses, does a great job on my appliances. They are very good, the corner savers they use on all my corners was very appreciated.

Making an appointment was quick. Technician was prompt. Very bad/dirty carpets came out awesome.
I was disappointed in the fact that absolutely "none" of the stained areas came clean. After speaking to you, I felt comfortable that a good portion of those areas would look good. What I am happy about is that the rest of the carpet looks better than it has in the past - but because it is much cleaner than before, the stained areas "stick out" even more now. Very prompt. Set my appointment quickly and called two days before to sent the 2-hour window. Showed up on time and provided an estimate before the work. The floor is extremely clean!

i liked the business approach of your workman. There wa a slight discrpancy and it was quickly straightened out. Careful wok, clearly prepared us, I especially liked the on time arrival and he soft sold us on the "water' which we purchased and are happy with.

A more natural way to clean my carpets
I love the fact that my carpets always look so great after your technician has been there and they are never real wet. Also your technicians are so polite and professional. I have always been very happy with your service and the results and wouldn't think of using anyone else.
