Your prices are through the roof. I paid more for my throw rugs than I did for my bedrooms. The throw rugs were 1/4 the size of the bedrooms put together. To charge me for a whole room when the bed, dresser and end tables took up the whole room was robbery. There was only an aisle around the bed to clean. This happened for both bedrooms. Michael was as accommadating as he could be under the circumstances. My daughter had her whole downstairs cleaned and was charged less than I paid. A much larger area in her house. That is why I went with you because I thought you were honest. My son-in-law gasped when I told him how much you charged. NEVER AGAIN.
James was very friendly, professional, and polite. I was comfortable having him in my home. He was very thorough and even though he kept saying it wasn't like new, it looked like new to us! Thank you James for a job well done!
The carpet I had cleaned looks just as dirty now as it did before. The man who cleaned the carpet said it was worn and couldn't get any cleaner. This may be true in some high traffic spots, but not all of it.
I don't like the way you schedule and the $14 "environmental" fee is annoying to hear. Whatever "it" is, it should be part of the overhead and not a separate cost. And I think your prices are a little high.
The use of no chemicals to clean the floors. My tile sparkled and the carpet was spotless.
The sanitizer solution you use leaves the house with a very pleasant smell. The technician that worked at my home fully explained the process prior to beginning and also spoke with me after the job was done. He was a pleasant young man, well spoken, and seemed dedicated to completing the job efficiently and in a timely manner.

THe service actually lives up to the advertised commitment---very rare these days but greatly appreciated. THe work is excellent- clean as stated it owuld be---well everything was wonderful. Works great, I can really see a difference in my floors and no chemicals so it's safe for my family and pet. And to top it off the technician they sent over was thorough and super nice.

Zerorez would have gotten a 10 but-
1. You did not send out the person I had requested.
2. The area where the Zerorez service vehicle was parked was a little dirty when the job was done.
The associate was very informative and instilled confidence. My carpets looked great after the cleaning, the price was exactly as quoted and he was on time. Who could ask for more? Thanks!
