I booked to have windows done. It was not told to me before you came that you do not do windows. I was told by the last fellow that did the. Arrest said you did windows. So why did the lady that booked me tell me you don't do windows

I had the Technicians clean a 8x10 area rug in addition to the great room. While they told me the cost up front, I thought that the cost of $94 for a rug smaller than the great room which was $46.00 was very high. Also, when the technicians left, I was concerned that our large overhead fan had stopped working during the time that they were working. I later learned on Monday that they had plugged in their fan to the wall and tripped our circuit breaker which caused the fan to stop working. Also, one of the Technicians stayed behind after my payment and started talking about his daughter and sending her money and it felt like he was waiting to see if I was going to provide him a gratuity for his services. The situation was just a bit odd and uncomfortable. I thought that they end results were ok however, the overall cost was more expensive and the carpet and sofa did not seem quite as clean as when the carpet service that I have used for the past 8 years completed the same work. This carpet cleaner is part of the Carpet Retailer that we purchased the carpet from in 2006. They are a large and reputable carpet retailer in the Valley.

We used your services for a move out on a rental property. Trey was honest with his assessment of the price and even helped to save me money with his honest opinion. (Why pay the same cost of the cheap area rug to clean it when I can buy a new one?) We had lived there 4 years and have three kids, two dogs and two cats as well as numerous relatives in and out for extended stays. During that time, we had never had the carpets or the tile/grout professionally cleaned. In fact, it wasn't even done before we moved in so who knows how long it had been done. When Trey (Wolfman) was done, the place looked practically brand new! After Trey was all done, the property manager said it was the cleanest he had a rental property returned to him ever.

We also got a water kit which I took over to my newly built home. I have used the spray so much I have already gone through half the bottle in only a week! The product is amazing and non-toxic for my kids and pets. I will definitely be calling Zerorez to come clean my new home when it is time for that - but now in four year, more like 6-8 months!

Andrew topped it all off. First, he had a cancellation so he was early. Perfect. I did warn him I didn't have my face on. Upon his arrival, we talked about my expectations. He took notes, explained the various pricing (rooms, area rugs, furniture, etc.) He then did the best cleaning job we've ever had done by any carpet cleaning company. Andrew has to be one of your top employees. The only company we'll ever call on to clean our carpeting and furniture is Zerorez. My only regret is I didn't listen to Barry Young years ago!

The carpet is clean, your not left with that chemical small after the cleaning, it only takes a few hours for the carpet to fully dry, and the carpet doesn't crunch after it dries.

The technician was prompt, explained the services, worked quickly and was respectful of the clean carpets by using shoe booties. Overall a good experience.

None of the stains were removed. The carpets were left as wet has if I took a hose to my home. I was extreamly disappointed and over charged for your services. You did not live up to your advertisements.

I am disappointed because the reason I got my carpets cleaned is because I have a baby who is crawling now and his knees were getting dirty from crawling on the carpet. After zerorez cleaned our carpet his knees are less dirty but still getting dirty. I guess I thought there would be no dirt left. If you could come and clean them again I would appreciate that. You also cleaned my tile. I would give you a 10 on that. It came really clean. As of now I would only recommend you for tile not carpet.
