Well, everything went well except our area 300.00 area rug that was cleaned has been in the garage waiting to be taken to the dumpster since we had it cleaned. Ever since it was cleaned by your company it stinks. It smells like dirty feet. The weird thing is before you cleaned it it just LOOKED dirty it didn't stink. But other than that the rest of the carpet looked GREAT!
Pricing and room size are misleading. The radio advertisement was 3 rooms for $130ish and I ended up paying over $300 for what was done.
Getting our carpets cleaned by Zerorez was fast and extremely efficient.

The technician was very professional, detail oriented and knowledgable on your products and services. I appreciated him taking time to do a outstanding job and showing me occasionally of what the rooms were looking like and if I was satisfied or if there was something else he could do. I did not plan on doing furniture, but when he suggested the service, I was so glad I did. I also purchased the water for my own cleaning purposes and looking forward to using it. I am sure I will be calling in the future to order more. The bottle he gave me to try was used on numerous things around my house and it cleaned with ease and with no residue. We had our capers cleaned a couple years ago by a regular carpet cleaning company. The zerorez carpet cleaning looked much better than the last cleaning company. I was skeptical at first but when done was very happy😎

There is a piece of carpet that is unraveling after the cleaning. The carpet in my sons room looks like it has buckled after the clean there is a bump in it that I can't get out
