The service is just so simple. We move the furniture and for a reasonable price, ZeroRez comes cleans and leaves so quickly there is still time in my day!
I was very happy with my service as well as the service tech myself. He was very personable and got right to work and assured me the rooms would look great.
The service person was late but did a good job. I would use Zero Rez again.

My husband had to go over the carpet with our carpet cleaner and it looks much better. I had the expectation that the carpets would be cleaner that what we could get it. Were my expectations too high?

William did a wonderful job trying to get the high traffic areas cleaned on my older carpets. Not 100%, but looked much better than before.

Ryan cleaned our tiles and the result was very nice. Before cleaning, he tested a couple of tiles in the heavy-traffic kitchen floor first to set the right expectations and ask me if the result was adequate. I was impressed by his professionalism and courtesy and would hire him without hesitation.
we have use zero Rez since 2010 or 11 and every single time you receive my expectations. We are thrilled that you come as far north as we live now and we will always use you.
There are still a lot of stains remaining. The couch was dirty but it wasn’t the dirtiest couch ever. It just feels like I could have done this with my bissel.
