No perfumes or chemicals are used in the carpet cleaning solution and they clean their machines after each home. In Oct 2023, my husband rented a carpet cleaner from a big-box store and I ended up in the hospital with anaphylaxis and bacterial pneumonia. I can only imagine the kind of bacterial and allergen build-up in the carpet cleaning machines rented from big-box stores. Zerorez did a great job truly cleaning, truly cleaning.

The tech was very good

50% of stains or dirt spots not removed. I removed with Simple Green. Upgrade spray to remove organic matter ineffective and may be causing allergic reaction to wife who has never had allergies but could be coincidence as unable to verify the agent used to test on her skin and mucous membrane for a reaction

I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone who is looking to have their carpet clean. They have been cleaning my carpets for years. Tommy was the employee who came to my house yesterday. He was very professional, prompt, and efficient and worked really hard to do the best that he could do with my carpets. I could tell that he took pride in his work and wanted to do his best. He was polite, helpful and cleaned up upon completion of the work. Excellent customer service and the carpet looks great!
