The person who came out to complete the cleaning was very respectful, and careful in making sure the rooms cleaned were done well and to our satisfaction.
I had my sofa set cleaned and the tech did a great job cleaning the sofas and chairs. However, the cushions weren’t cleaned as well. After they dried, it was noticeable where he cleaned it because they’re white so the clean part stands out from where it’s still dirty. It was only one short line and not all over the cushion.
Also, I was going to have my air ducts cleaned with Zerorez but it was too expensive even with the 20% off special. I had another company do it for less and they did a fabulous job! In addition, I called to cancel my appointment the next day from when I scheduled it but apparently it wasn’t cancelled. The techs showed up this morning and I had to explain I already cancelled my appointment. I felt bad that they drove out here for nothing.
