Price increased significantly from previous service; not as thorough as previous service either
Technician was prompt and thorough and the carpet looks great
Our technician knew what to do with certain stains on the carpet. He protected walls and furniture from scratches that were potentional from hoses. When dried, the carpets looked great.

Everyone I’ve talked to at zerorez has been super nice and helpful. I had them clean the carpets in our bedrooms about a month ago and they did such a great job, I had them come clean the tile and grout! Our house is 20 years old and I don’t think the grout had ever been cleaned and it looks AMAZING! Huge difference from pretty much black to tan and the tiles looks great and doesn’t feel sticky or grimy, it feel smooth and clean. My technician was awesome and gave me some great info on how to keep the tile and carpets clean in between having them professionally cleaned. I’ve already referred a few friends to them too because I know they’ll get the same great service!
