I still have milk stains on my velvet couch. Very underwhelming. The tech was very nice and explained a lot about expectations. However, I do not think ZeroRez methods work all that well.

Initial phone contact is an arduous process and customer service contact was obnoxious and did not treat customer (ie me) with respect.
Happy with the finished product. The service was excellent and the representative did a good job in explaining the procedure, he was knowledgeable and did a fine job in wrapping up the project.

I like the results of cleaning only with water, no chemicals.
Don't have your technicians be in such a hurry when cleaning the carpet. Long slower strokes work better to get out the dirt and water and not quick back and forth strockes that tend to leave dirt and water in the carpet.
I was quoted one price and when the guy was finished he charged me $340 more I called your company 3 times and no one ever gets back to me
The staff was nice. However, there are still stains that have not been removed and coming up form the carpet. we have waited a week and still there. I think the company should come back and correct it. First name removed

I as AMAZED how well our tile and grout turned out. Hadn’t been professionally cleaned in 28 years and our grout is pale peach. Romero did a fantastic job and was a very friendly personable young man. Represented the company well!!
I have used them for the past 6 years, and have been pleased with the results. the service people have always been courteous and professional. They have always accommodated my requests. My carpet is 25 yrs old and looks great.
