Even though zero res came back the second time. I will not recommend the co.
They tried to sell me grout color for 1200.
I had them do the kitchen area. It did look better than the first person who came out. It was very expensive for over 500. Even with a discount.

There were still areas I saw later that looked like they weren't even cleaned. I probably could have done better with a mop and bucket. The kid wasn't even here but for maybe 30 mins. DEFINITELY not worth the $330 I spent!

The results we saw with the grout on our flooring were great and exceeded expectation. Also the tech that worked at our home communicated very well throughout.

Provide exact measurements and fees to all areas so the customer knows the cost going in. No surprises. I scheduled thru the Instagram page and the cost ended up being significantly more at time of service. Be clear and up front. Otherwise the worker doing the job gets the brunt of the disappointed customer. That is not fair.
