it was just as was specified. the floors were clean and the work solid. the person was personable and very knowlegeable. i do not normally get services from others but this was a good experience.
Outstanding work and the tech was awesome

The carpet was a little “crunchy” when checked later for dryness. A little disappointed with that outcome on carpet that is a year old and never been cleaned.
