The two young men that came out were wonderful.
After my carpet was cleaned it was extremely wet, and I knew that it would take a long time to dry. It’s been more than 24 hours and my carpet is just now starting to feel dry. In some areas my carpet is crunchy and uncomfortable to walk on. I vacuumed those areas but they still feel the same. When I walk on my carpet my feet feel irritated and they burn. Apparently I am having a reaction to the cleaning solution or the stain guard. Overall, this has been a terrible experience for me!

On the tile cleaning, blend in the floor areas better so there isn’t a definitive line of where the rep stopped cleaning.
The technician was on time, communicated what needed to be done, and what the results were. This is the first time the estimate and the final charges were the same. I appreciate them not jacking up the price once they arrived.
My tile floors look incredible and the carpet is like new again. I like that Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals and there is no odor after the cleaning.

I spoke with three different ZeroRz representatives. This first was my initial call into ZeroRez and two reps that followed up on my online request. All three gave a different quote. Rep 1 and 2 made no mention about a returning customer discount. Once I indicated I was a returning client, Rep #1 mentioned the discount. Too many mixed messages
The field rep that cleaned my carpet was thorough, courteous, and made time to explain what I should expect. She assured me if I had an issue afterwards, she said I should contact customer right away.
