I was expecting more out of this service
Very efficient and my carpets look brand new. The technician was very polite and explained the process to me. He was very thorough, looking for urine stains from pets, etc. This company will be my "go to" company in the future.

I have accent carpets in my master, den and living room that are over the wall to wall carpeting and my dining area a what accent carpet under my table.
1- The accent carpets were cleaned but not the carpeting underneath.
2- the white area carpet under my dining table did not clean well.
I will go back to my original cleaner I have used as they take the accent carpets, clean off site and bring them back ( the white carpet under my dining table was always perfectly clean).
I do have to say the gentleman that came was very courteous.

The techs are always great and knowledgeable. My carpet feels so clean after the cleaning and treatment. There's usually a great deal to take advantage of. We will use them again and again.
Professional staff - Prompt arrival - Great results
Ryan, the technician was awesome and very polite and professional. He did a great job however, my white couch doesn’t look like anything is different. I wanted to brighten it up from dust that’s accumulated over the past few years, but he said he could not do it with some of the fibers in the couch. I wish I had known that before. Perhaps there is something else you can do, but all I experienced was him showing me some dirt on a already dirty, right white rag, and the smell that lasted for a few days.
The service itself was fine. The worker was professional and efficient. One week later many stains are visible again. I paid over $600 and got longer lasting results from my $50 Home Depot steamer rental. Incredibly disappointing. I’d like the service redone if it will produce results, or a significant refund. Happy to send pictures or invite you to come see for yourself.

Neil was excellent. He was right on time and did a great job. He took the time afterwards to show me the areas that were stubborn and made sue that I was happy with the workmanship prior asking for payment and packing up. Another great Zerorez experience!
Great workers
Your technician gouged the baseboard in many places. I have pictures if you wish to see them.
I ask him to do the deep cleaning for the pet stains. 4 times. He kept saying he didn’t think it needed that, the carpet would be clean with just the regular shampooing. It became apparent he just didn’t want to do it so I quit saying anything. Of course he was wrong and the stains remained. When he was done he told me the stains didn’t come up. I told him he should have used the pet extraction method. I have cleaned most of the spots myself. Not perfect but a whole lot better than your tech did.
The first time you came your tech did a really good job. The second time I still have a dirty carpet and permanent damage to my baseboards. If you were me would you call you back for a 3rd visit?
