We had our tile floor cleaned and they turned out fantastic. While we had the floors cleaned, we also had an area rug cleaned which looks like new after the cleaning.

The technician was very polite and made sure that I was satisfied throughout the cleaning process.

Zerorez technicians are professional, respectful, and thorough. My carpets are clean, soft, without any residue. They did a fantastic job on my tile and the grout.

A good job was done on aged carpeting. They look almost like new again.

I paid an extra $50 per room to have the urine taken care of and a brown dirt stain removed in the master and the dirt is still there and I can still smell urine in 2 rooms.

Clean, fast drying and quick.

Our grout in our tile was very dirty. I do feel like the floor is cleaner but there is grout all over that is now white. I have taken a toothbrush with water to them and it comes up just dirty. I think that it is the cleaning solution that settles in the grout that just needs to b cleaned out.

The boys did a good job. I would tell you that we had to go around the house afterwards with a magic eraser and get all the scuff marks from the equipment off the baseboards. We just had the house painted so I know it was from those hoses being dragged around. Also lots of hand/fingerprints on the ceiling near the vents. Got on a ladder and got those with a magic eraser too. Just be mindful of leaving marks behind.

You can make things right by adjusting my invoice and taking off the shower cleaning. The tech did not clean the showers when he said he did! I even sent in pictures to prove that. I was charged $1000 for an 1100 sq ft town home. That is absolutely insane. I was told someone was looking into the charges and have heard nothing back. Definitely not impressed.
