Your people did a great job but your cost mush to high
Technician took care in putting corner boards up to prevent wall damage. Also took extra care on one spot. Arrived on time, professional and clean. Thanks Zerorez.

Your tec. Was very nice and very professional, and he did a great job on cleaning the couch. But when he left he left a huge mess on our tile. It was as if the dirty water that came off the couch got left on the tile. It took me a few long hard hours to clean all the dirt and grime off the tile that was left. I was very sad to see this.

It's my first time using the zerorez service and so far from what I've seen I will definitely recommend zerorez to friends and family.
Matt, the gentleman that cleaned our carpets was very polite, friendly and very professional. He showed up on time and did a great job.

I have to say I am very impressed with your customer service. I didn't expect a call to set up an appointment to touch up the parts of the carpet I was feeling disappointed about from the initial cleaning a few weeks ago.
The carpeting I had cleaned is not yet a year old - so I had been expecting it to look much better after it was first cleaned. The traffic patterns were most of my concern. When I've had carpet cleaned before by other companies I'd always seen that the traffic patterns were "fluffed" back up. Since this carpeting I have is much more of an upgrade I was expecting the traffic patterns to look great after a Zerorez cleaning. The first time we used Zerorez was for an investment property. We wondered if we'd have to replace the carpet in the living area. We were thrilled to see that not only would we not have to replace the carpet - we were so surprised to see that a medium grade carpet could look so good. So I was quite disappointed when the traffic patterns of this much newer & better grade of carpet - especially right at the doorways still looked a touch matted and slightly dingy. I had already decided that I wasn't going to call Zerorez again. I have changed my mind after the second technician was here. Thank you for calling and setting up the second appointment. I almost told you to not bother. I figured "What can it hurt - it can't get worse"
I don't know what the difference is between the two technicians who cleaned this carpet since I didn't watch either of them while they were working - but there is no question that the second cleaning did leave me "ecstatic" as you said you'd like your customers to be. I had only asked the technician to spot clean the areas right by the 2 bedroom doorways. He cleaned the entire traffic patterns of both rooms. The carpet not only lifted - but I could no longer see a slightly dingy area right by the doorways. The carpet looks amazing! I am very pleased.
No other carpet company has ever called me back to check & see if I was satisfied with the job or not. That alone is impressive
- but to have my faith restored in the Zerorez method was something I was doubting would happen. I am impressed - and I will definitely be calling back. Since the first time Zerorez cleaned our investment property carpet - I had been telling people Zerorez was the best and that I wouldn't chance having another company clean my carpets. I'll be saying that again!

Your prices are way to high compared to Sir Carpet who I usually use. Especially when quoted one price and it goes up $200.

Im sorry but I was not pleased with Zerorez. I will say that the two gentlemen that came were the nicest guys I could have asked for and can not say enough good things about how they handled the situation and for what they did for me and the furniture. If Im being honest, I was given an estimate that was around $200... the gentleman even asked how big my room was and talked about it being smaller than a two car garage... he said it isn't an oversized room then. After they measured everything then I got an estimate of $350. I would have been different if it was a little off but thats a lot. The room was apparently oversized. I did add a chair and ottoman which apparently it was not given in the estimate which is understandable. But in the initial discussion- it needs to be clear. Zero Rez always advertises "get 3 rooms for $150" or whatever. So I guess I was very confused and not happy with paying $350 for what we got. Had I known it would have been $350 I would have NEVER had them come out and clean... thats ridiculous. So no... I'm sorry but the gentleman were the sweetest and worked hard so I can't thank THEM enough but the person I talked to about estimate Im not happy with so we won't be referring anyone to zero rez nor will we be using you again unfortunately. The couch looks great and so does the carpet... so thank you to those guys. Thank you Zero Rez for sending out feedback forms, I appreciate it.
Unfortunately I had to have a tech come two days in a row, the first visit was to say the least less than satisfactory the second visit was much better. The customer service would be the reason that I would recommend your company to another. I am still not 100% sold on the cleanliness of my carpet but I will see what the next few days revel. I may give it another shot in the future because of the customer service.

FIRST YOUR REPRESENTATIVE DID AN ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS JOB AS SHOWING ME THE JOB, AND PROTECTING MY HOME. I WAS CLOSE TO REPLACING MY CARPET, AND THOUGHT ONE LAST TIME. BUT I THINK THIS HAS TO BE THE BEST CLEANING EVER. I'LL KEEP MY CARPET AND CALL YOU GUYS MORE OFTEN. I ENDED UP CLEANING THE AREA RUG I USE ON THE CARPET GETTING CLEANED AS WELL. GLAD I DID, FEELS, SMELLS AND LOOKS BETTER.
