Sean Hankins did an AMAZING job on our carpet. I was very pleased with the service. Sean was also extremely courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family. The only issue that we had was that there is a small section behind my son's bedroom door that didn't get cleaned. It's like the door was left open and Sean forgot to close it and clean behind it, but it's a very small section that makes an elongated triangle. I'm sure that it was simply an oversight because we didn't even notice it right away.
Create a fair and reasonable quoting mechanism.
There were still some areas that did not come out as clean as I had hoped. I thought that Zerorez was new and better. Maybe my expectations were to high. The service tech was very nice and very polite
