the clean product and professional process
The technician had a an attitude and we have two year old carpet and he still didn't get wear patterns out even though your ad says it is possible. The cleaning also left a wet shoe odor in my 8 year old daughters room. That has never happened before either. I love the idea of zerorez but really wish the technician had more experience. I was very disappointed and it was the most expensive carpet cleaning I have had done yet.
Service man courtesy.... But hate the on hold silly voice messages
It's not you, it's me; I don't know a lot of people to whom I could recommend your services. There's not really anything you could do to improve except maybe invent a way to restore the stain proofing of the rug.
People are very friendly, while making the appointment and the technicians. Quality product.

My Tech guy was professional and Friendly. Outstanding Service did a great job. The women who answered the phone when I asked about having my carpets done was almost rude. I almost called and canceled my appointment with your company. I think you should have nicer people answering your questions and being friendly like Keith. I would recommend your company ONLY because of KEITH!!!!!My carpets look brand new.
Price was way too high; service was very good; technician was professional and thorough.
There was nothing NOT to like. Whenever I need carpet cleaning I will call Zerorez to make sure a good job is done.
Effective and attentive trchnicians
The couches and rugs looked great. The guy who showed up also said he would attempt to clean the hard water off our shower and granite. He said if he was unable to he would not charge us. The hard water looked exactly the same and he still charged us. The floor around my couch was left soaking wet and he left a bottle of whatever cleaning supply he was using on my kitchen floor with a dirty rag where I have a 2 yr old who could have easily opened and drank it.
My technician Kevin was very friendly, professional, and efficient. My carpets look amazing!

Everything looks great! The technicians were friendly, helpful and efficient.
The guys were very polite and did a fantastic job. I would recommend zerorez for a quality job. The only drawback was the cost. Zerorez is the most expensive cleaner i have ever had. I told zerorez on the phone that I had a couch to clean and was quoted about $140.00 which i thought was a bit high, but willing to pay it. When the guys arrived at saw the couch, they said it was going to be $280.0 because it was a sectional. That was part my fault for not being specific, but I didn't realize at the time that it would make any difference. In my opinion, Zerorez is professional and do a great job, but pricey.
Don't push your products
My tech, Hayden, was great! Very personable, knowledgable, and efficient. He was very careful of my furnishings, walls, and 2 cats. My carpets are clean & fresh, without worries about soap/chemical residue. Carpets were dry in a few hours. I had used them in my previous home & knew their process worked for me. I will always be using Zerorez in the future!
Environmentally friendly, no chemicals. Keith K and John B did an excellent job and were knowledgeable and informative. I will definitely recommend to friends. Thank you!

I was very disappointed in the 2 men who came to the house! They where rude & asked no questions at all! They where nice enough to lie about the questions on there paper & made false accusations about the condition of my carpet! I will never allow those 2men into my house again! I had received a call requesting that they come early. I scheduled this appointment to fit into my schedule & was unable to change it. The tech who came out seemed to not want to be there. I don't appreciate the attitude I received from them
after the service the carpet did not look like it's been clean they rescheduled and coming to look at the carpet to clean it again.
