The service agent was very nice and did a great job. I am thrilled I love to walk barefoot on my tile floors again.
Technician had to leave because equipment wasn't working - then when he returned it appears he may have been in a jury since he had other calls after. The carpet still looks dirty (some areas more than others). For the $900.00 spent it should look a little better than it does. We will more than likely use someone else in the future. Thank you. the tech explained everything went over all the tough stains was very knowledgeable and informative. the carpet looked liked new when they were finished super great job thank you Rob.
Excellent service. Since this was the first time that I've used Zerorez, I'm anxious to see if my carpets stay clean longer without the use of detergents that other companies use.

Zerorez is always prompt, friendly, and do terrific work. The price is a deal for the quality of work. We have had tile, carpet, and sofa done. Each time we have been delighted to see the finished product looking as good as it did the day we bought it.

Zerorez was easy to schedule an appointment with. They delivered the service exactly as scheduled. They were courteous and respectful of my home. The charge was exactly as estimated. They did a great job. They are a professional team. This was my second service and I was as pleased the second time around as I was the first.
I do not intend to use any other company for my flooring or upholstery.

You told me what you were going to do and you did it with no hiccups. You also didn't upsell me to a ridiculous degree (the last time I had carpets cleaned, the phone quote was $300 but when the person came, he quoted $2,200 for everything he wanted to sell me).

The care taken to assure carpet was clean was outstanding. The tile looked like new when cleaned. They also were very happy to take the time to answer all questions. I will and have recommended this company to several friends.

Technician Roy was professional and great to work with ... knowledgeable, helpful and he hustled!!
However, I was Not impressed with office or phone service staff... I called and asked about making payment and was told I could have a CC put 'on file' so it could be charged day of cleaning ... what a joke! My client called in and gave her CC to 'someone' that said they weren't the normal 'phone staff', but took it saying they would pass it on. Day of cleaning it was no where to be found ... who took the CC# and what did they do with it!!!?? Not very professional AT ALL!! Over all carpets did turn out great ... so don't know if I would refer someone or other business associates due to the problems of paying. When no one could find the CC# on file, someone else on the phone said that you don't take CC# on file ... do your guys know what their doing? Someone doesn't as I got to different takes on CC's ... that's a BIG deal for me! Hopefully whoever took her CC# shreds it. Sorry, not a very positive experience for me or my client.
I like the fact that there is never any soap residue.
The carpet looks like it is almost brand new, so great job with the carpet. I think the tile cost was a bit expensive however it does look good. I am not sure that the cost outweighed the outcome of how the tile looked after the work was done.
