You do it alright now I can't think of anything. I am very impressed with the professional company from the phone call, email etc given to us in scheduling, when tech will show up and the follow up.

phone conversation didnt include extra price of 25 per stain, same hussle can be found on craigslist. a complaint call was made last week, and a return phone call from a manager never occured

Prompt, courteous, honest , friendly and fair price

My wife spoke to the tech about sealing the grout when he first got to the house. She asked him to speak to me about it once I got there about 15 mins after his arrival and he didn't mention anything to me. I thought they had talked about it and that it was going to be done on that visit but it wasn't. Part of that was my fault for not communicating with my wife better but she did ask him to talk to me about it as he suggested it be done and she wanted him to explain to me why.

For the cleaner to wear foot booties inside the house. I still had two stains on the carpet that didn't go away after cleaning.

Excellent job cleaning my 4 year old carpet. The carpet itself was in excellent shape but had a couple of spots that I couldn't get clean (and 1 other company couldn't get clean) and I was debating replacing it. After the carpet dried the spots are at least 95% gone, so much so that the lay of the carpet makes it hard to see where they ever were. Now I'll be keeping the carpet rather than replacing!

it took the stains right out of my carpet. The tech. tried his very best to make sure he lighten as much as he could on a tought tea stain.
