We weren't 100% happy with our last service. We have traffic stains in one bedroom. We've been long time customers and there has never been an issue removing the stains. However, this time we were told that it's carpet damage and there's nothing that can be done to clean it. Since we've never heard this before, we're not really sure if we should believe it. So now, we have a carpet that's not completely clean.

Let me count the ways...I was scheduled for late in the day when I wanted to be first thing in the morning. You claim that it will be dry in 4-8 hours (had to wait almost 24 hours to move furniture back). You don't move furniture. You don't vacuum before beginning the process. You claim there is no residue but my now dry carpet is very stiff which can only be caused by residue. I had to pay an environmental impact fee (I know you told me upfront but it still is annoying). Your company is no better than any other carpet cleaning service and in many ways worse. Your technicians were very polite and friendly, and were willing to re-clean carpet areas that were not clean (but only after I pointed it out; couldn't they tell). They also offered to do anything I needed and told me at a prior client they had walked the dog - very nice but I'd rather my carpet had been properly prepped and they would have moved furniture.

Like the timeliness and demeanor of the man who cleaned our carpets. Very friendly and did a great job.

I love that there were no chemicals used and that there will be no soap residue in the carpets. We were able to get en excellent clean with just water, and the service technician (Matt) was very courteous and worked quickly and professionally.

Your rate is about 40% higher than comparable cleaners...I question the vslue for the dollars.

Carpet looked great when the guy left, however a week later stains began to reappear. Now that it has been a month, it looks as if the carpet had not been cleaned. We have not worn shoes on the carpet since the cleaning. Dispappointed.

FIRST OF ALL AFTER ALL THE TIMES IVE USED YOU,THIS ONE WAS NOT SO GOOD. THE TECH HAD SOME KIND OF DIRT OR GREASE ON HIS SHOES AND AFTER CLEANING THE CARPET AND DRYING, THE DIRT OR GREASE CAME BACK UP. A LITTLE DISAPOINTED. THE SPOTS NEED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF. THEY ARE RIGHT IN THE TRAFFIC ZONE AND LOOK TERIBLE..THE TECH TROY NEEDS TO FIX IT. OTHER THAN THAT, YOU STILL HAVE A GREAT COMPANY.

My carpet looks worse in places than it did prior to the representative cleaning it. We did discuss some spots but when the carpet dried there was discoloration and spots that hadn't even been an issue before.

Preston was our service provider and did a great job. We had a stubborn area that did require a second visit and Troy was meticulous at removing the stain. pricing is misleading about pet stains

Everything is contained in your van. No need to use customer's water, which is a big plus for me. We have a shared well and try to use less water than more people.
