For new customers go over the pricing before they start cleaning so they aren't surprised what they have to pay. The carpet cleaner never went over any pricing with me at all! The lady on the phone said the landings were included in the price of the staircase and they are not. When I called to complain they took off 1 landing because I have 2.

The use of natural elements instead of chemicals is amazing. I love how my carpets turned out. The service tech was very helpful in making decisions on pet treatment which was well worth it. He didn't try to upsell us but gave us the options to try to get what we desired. Will send everyone I know to Zerorez when they need cleaning done!!! Thank you

Everyone has been a pleasure to work with. Our carpets are cleaner than I thought possible. We could have had our tech proceed with an additional treatment due to the condition of our carpets from an aging dog. He suggested we clean first and then see how the carpet responds. I sincerely appreciated the money saving tip. Not to mention our Zerorez tech was the only one over the years that ever mentioned this particular treatment for dog spots. So far so good, the carpet looks amazing!
Does a great job cleaning w/oo horrible odors.
I called to get the three room deal not knowing there was a square footage restriction or requirement. When your employees got here and measured I was told two of my rooms were "oversized" and would be an additional charge per room. That was never mentioned when I made my reservation and now I am ready to have my carpets cleaned with all of my furniture out of the way. The technician made it right and didn't charge me but I won't likely have you out to clean my carpets again. My bill wound up just over $400 anyways with all of your random charges all of which should be on your website so the customer has an idea of what they may be in for. Not when they have the technicians at their house. Bait and switch in my opinion.

I love how clean my carpet is and the 5 gallon empowered water I get with each cleaning. The empowered water cleans my windows and appliances very well. I've been a customer for a couple of years now and I don't think I'll be using anyone else!
The technician did a great job and took his time to make sure everything was clean and sealed properly, I really appreciated him not rushing like other companies I have delt with, it made me feel like I was getting my money's worth, will be using again for sure.
