Good Morning! I love Zerorez!! It is extremely important to me that I use organic/green product instead of chemicals. All my cleaning products are organic and not harmful to humans or the environment. Zerorez has that ethical promise and program which is why I us them again and again. The technicians are respectful, knowledgeable, and work quickly and efficiently. They are observant in the home and are able to recommend additional products that are beneficial. They arrive on time and really put muscle behind their work assuring me that my carpets are clean on every level. Zerorez was recommended to me by my neighbor many years ago. I have thanked her over and over. One last note: "Rick" was my technician this time around. He is very kind and professional, a hard-worker, and went over and beyond his job description to satisfy me as a customer. THANK YOU!
My technician was very friendly and appeared very knowledgeable about cleaning my carpets. I did not realize that you also cleaned furniture and tile/grout until he was done with my carpets. I will look forward to utilizing your services again.

Great product, timely and wonderful technicians
Zerorez cleans so well that I feel like I have new tile in my kitchen. Recently I had a lot of traffic in my house and now my carpets are totally clean again. All the heavily traffic areas are restored again.

Just the length of time it takes the carpets to dry. Our stairs stayed wet for 12+ hours. The company we used to use seemed to dry significantly faster. Overall was great however and the technician was awesome and very friendly!

I didn't see a lot of difference from when we clean them except the cost. Also when the technician was showing me around I pointed out a spot. He said it wouldn't come out. When he left I took a towel and rubbed it for about 20 seconds and it came out. There was a pink stain on my carpet that actually spread to a large stain when he was done.
The scheduling process was so quick and easy for us as first time customers. There were several available dates and times that worked well for us. We wanted to schedule as soon as possible and you were able to get us on the calendar for the next day! I was very impressed. The tech and everyone else I talked to was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for a great experience!
You did everything you said you would. Called two days ahead to give me a two hour window, called 20 minutes before arrival, and charged what we agreed on! Your employee was thorough (offered options), professional and friendly. No complaints at all!
The carpet here is 11 years old and some stains have come back. Is that normal?

I called because you were offering 3 rooms for $119. I completely understand room size limits. However, if a room over 250 counts as 2 rooms, but the other 2 rooms are smaller and total of 3 rooms is not more than 750 sq feet (3x250)why the extra room charge?! There should be more flexibility for situations like this. Overall I was very please with the tech and the cleanliness of my carpets. But because of the stringency of the room size requirements, I will likely not recommend zerorez. Too many add on fees.

We had a couple stains that were unknown what they were when we moved into our rental house. Not only was I not charged extra for them but you were able to get them out!
The high traffic areas didn't clean up as well as I thought they should.
