No smell and the carpet feels softer to walk on after a trestment
The technician was very good. He told us eveything about what he was doing and was very informative.
when i scheduled the appointment i asked if this was an appointment for an estimate or for the actual work.i was told "just for the estimate". When your company showed up wednesday after i got out of work they were ready to clean...i had nothing moved out of our family room..so i scrambled and was unable to move the two couches and the computer desk. your guys were very understanding. i was rather disappointed in the scheduling issues.

Able remove most blemishes out of the carpet.
I am impressed with how clean the carpets are still a month later. With past carpet cleanings there were spots that were treated and returned within the week. It's been a month since the carpets were cleaned and the spots are gone. I wasn't going to have those rooms cleaned until Keith confidently told me that they would come clean. And he was right!!! Cleaning was a much better savings than the cost of new carpet. Very pleased with the results. Also cleaned a wool and silk area rug and the little flecks of silk shined like new. I like the way the EMPOWERED WATER cleans windows and mirrors too. I will definitely recommend zerorez.
The technician did not clean as thoroughly as the previous techs. Spots remained that I feel he could have removed. He spent much less time here also.
Carpet was dirty in spots and it didn't seem like it was a very thorough clean.

The master bedroom carpet smells like dog, it didn't smell as bad before the cleaning, and as soon as it started to be walked on it still looks dirty. I understand that it may be a heavily travelled area, but it seems like the carpet stayed fresher for longer when using a different company on the past. I also ran into stiff carpet upstairs and I was led to believe your product did not do that from the advertising. Really pleased with the technician that came out, but for the price I expected a bit more.
Didn't like the bate and switch pricing. Advertise one price and then add a trip fee.

The cost was reasonable, the service was performed in a very timely manner, the techs were on time and professional in their conduct, and I like the idea of a carpet cleaning service that leaves no residues behind since residual soap has a tendency to attract dirt to a freshly cleaned carpet.

Pricing on tile. I was given one price over the phone, then received a different one when tech showed up. Called different company to have tile done.
1. Very efficient and professional employees.
2. Communicated exactly what would happen.
3. Cleaned 4 bedrooms, one old oriental rug, & a wool area rug and did an outstanding job!
