What our clients think of us!

the carpets look great when job is completed and Scott was very friendly and courteous.

great service

I like the no-pressure for up-sells and no residual soap on the carpet.

No chemical smell. Dried quickly. Friendly and helpful service personnel.

Friendly service and excellent job of carpet cleaning.

The product is wonderful and it dries quicker than other services. It doesn't leave any residue and the smell is great.

he did a good job.

Your commitment to get the job done even though you guys were running behind that say.

My sectional looks like new and that is saying a lot since I have six young children. That's quite a bit of peanut butter and jelly marks :) Thsnk you! You and your technicians are incredible. I'm so excited to use your services again.

The Technician did a poor job of locating his vehicle in front of our house. He actually backed in to a grass area where sprinkler heads/lines run.

He did our carpet cleaning with one hand on the cleaner and his other hand on his cell phone talking to someone.

He missed some stains that I had market for treatment.

We like Zerorez. We will use them again... just a bit frustrated with how it went this time.

I like that you do not use soaps or chemicals

Clean! Clean! Clean! Carpets are so clean after Zerorez.

Service technician was on time, professional and provided quality service! My carpets were very clean and fresh once the service was completed. Love the quality of service. Thank you very much!

Quick and efficient; my furniture dried faster than I anticipated.

Your technician was friendly and courteous and did a great job cleaning the tile & grout.

Zerorez has cleaned our floors twice. Both times, they did an excellent job with very noticeable results. The technicians are very knowledgeable and thorough, taking their time to answer questions and to ensure our satisfaction. Much thanks to Trey for the great job he did this past week.

Exceeded expectations. Will definitely be calling you again for an appt. later on.

Casey was very helpful, efficient and courteous. He is your best advertisement. I also liked the phone service and Charles was friendly and helpful.

Anthony was professional and knowledgable. He was easy to work with and completed the work in a timely manner. We appreciated that our house did not smell like chemicals and the floors were dry in no time at all!

Technichian was very helpful and did a great job

Prompt on time tech, solid appointment and confirmation process, place feels clean after they leave, polite and helpful .

We have been using your water for two yrs to clean our tile and we love it. Your service is top rate, very professional, always pleasant whether it be the guys that come to clean or if talking to your office. We have been very satisfied how our carpet and tile come out every time.'

My carpet and tile looked very nice considering we have lived here 9 years and never cleaned them. The service tech was very pleasant and clean. Was not nervous having him come in my house.

Friendliness, punctuality and quality. Great service! Thanks

The best thing I liked was the constant communication about the service, when, who and what time the tech would show.

We had our carpets cleaned and they have turned out great. Tray did a good job

Kevin did an excellent job. He was very through and helpful. I will be back to you when our tile needs cleaning again. Thanks for a great job. The tile is sparkling....;)) Susan Scott
