I was pleased with the smell and look of my carpets. We decided to include the tile areas at the last minute and Keith Keiholtxz our technician was very accommodating and did a wonderful job. We just purchased our home and there were several stains on the carpet and the grout between the tiles were was dirty and discolored. Keith was able to remove most if not all of the strains and dirt in the high traffic areas and the tile and grout looks fabulous!
no chemicals or residue. Water is re-cycled. Do not use our name.
The guy who cleaned our carpets was very friendly and worked hard. There were a few stains that I showed him. He did say he didn't know if he was going to be able to get the stains out. I was fine with that, but I was disappointed when I saw the final product. Having zero Rez service me before and for paying what I did, I thought he would of done a better job on the stains...
It doesn't leave a residue and get most stains out.

Wanting to Charge $200 for 2 area rugs that were small than a living room, that would have only ran $40.00 if it was carpeted.
