I liked the job done, everything looks wonderful. The only issue I had was that the tech was an hour behind the 2 hour window that was given. That's my only complaint, but I know it's hard to estimate that stuff sometimes. Thank you for this great service, I will be back!

The service was great as was the carpet cleaning. However, I would not recommend the tile cleaning/seal. It left a horrible residue that we have mopped up several times since Friday. Very disappointed.

Everything. My guy was also really good and Quick.
I had 4 rugs cleaned and they spent well less than an hour and the charge was $329. The cleaning was not very thorough and still looked dirty near the edges. I can send the after pics to you if you are interested. I had never used Zerorez before and it was pretty disappointing. I told the worker that I would not use them again and he understood.
The price seemed way out of line for the effort that was put forth and the end result.
