Worked well and smelled fresh.
First, I was in a real time constraint and they were able to schedule me for the next day -even honoring the special! Second, when I pulled upmy area rugs, the tape I used to keep them in place was "cemented" to the floor. I tried everything to get it up with no success. My technician said he would try everything he could to get it up. What a relief!

The first time I used you great customer service and got my carpets looking like new. 2nd time was really disappointed the guy barely got my carpets wet and ran out the door, seemed in a hurry.
Everything, the carpet looks better than ever. No soapy smell, just a clean and fresh. The
carpet cleaner was very professional and answered all my questions about your product.

The results were very good. My wife was happy about everything except the extra costs.
We were happy with the service and the cleaning.
While the carpet was drying, it did have a "wet dog" smell to it, but once dry, the carpet has absolutely no odor. There wasn't any perfume smell to cover up smells and I am pleased with how the carpet looks now that it is dry. The carpet is soft to the touch (once it was vacuumed) and looks great.
I like that you do not use harmful chemicals and the carpets come out clean and soft.

Our carpets turned out beautiful. The service tech was very professional, he did a great job. And last but not least it fits into our budget, the price is reasonable.
Carpets are not 'crispy' when they dry. Stays clean longer.
The thoroughness, knowledge and professionalism of the tech was impeccable. We loved how clean the carpet felt and our furniture looked brand new.

My discussion with rep on phone knew my situation but when tech shows up he assessed then mentioned that he "couldn't make it work"
I won't be using a mouthy tech from your office again. I'll go with someone else!
Your tech told me and two others that pet stains and odors can't be removed.. Then he had commentary about the different colors and styles of carpet in the house.. It's a rental.. Again... That was stated to rep on phone!

Service tech was great, Keith Keiholtz, very knowledgeable about product. Results were awesome; all stains out of carpet and tile/grout looks great. Purchased the water to use for home use, amazed at how it cleans. Have already handed out information to my friends.
