The technician was excellent and thorough throughout the entire cleaning and took time to answer all our questions and explain each process as it was being completed. Keith did a great job and I am excited to refer Zeroez to all if my friends as a top quality cleaning service.
We are disappointed with your policy of charging for two rooms if one room is over 250 sq. ft. regardless of the furniture in the room. We have 4 carpeted bedrooms. 2 measured over 250. However, because of furniture, far less than 250 sq. ft. in each room was actually cleaned. Your service professional was kind enough to inform us that he had discretion on the charges and only charged us for 4 rooms. He said he would be giving us his labor for free, which I find hard to believe. But, in the future I would not want to pay for more than 4 rooms because of the measurements not accounting for the furniture areas where carpeting was not cleaned. Additionally, he informed us we should have a carpet protectant (Scotchguard?)placed on the carpet about every 18 months. However, where we purchased the carpet said it was Stainmaster and the protection is built into the fiber.
Have employees who come to property be more people orientated
Great personnel doing the job, fair price, great product, arrive when they say they will. No complaints in anyway, great to do business with, have for a number of years.

It was okay. Just felt like they were trying to sell us more. Had to ask for technician to go over certain high traffic areas multiple times. We kept being told that it was permanent wear and couldn't be fixed. It did eventually look better and technician did listen to us. We just didn't notice as much of a difference for spending $134.

Our service technician, Sean Hankins came by June 13. He was timely, cordial, and very professional. The clean was so enlivening to the carpet. Having just moved in we wanted to get the carpet back to a level of which e and comfort that it could, being 5 years old. Sean's work did just that. Odors were gone that day. The rooms dried with a crisp feeling to the carpet-very natural feeling. The overall appearance and texture to the carpet really came back.
I have several allergic reactions to chemicals that effect my breathing. With Zerorez, I don't have to worry about having any problems breathing the cleaning products. We have used Zerorez twice now, and the end results are remarkable, the service is outstanding, the workers are thoughtful and kind and I don't have to flee the house due to strong chemical inhalation.
They are free of harmful chemicals. We have a cat and have had no incidents with the cleaning solution. I use ZEROREZ on all my tile floors with your handy dandy mop!!! Love it and I have told several friends about your product and service.

The work you did was fine....it was the quote for the living room that was the problem. I had two rooms cleaned and I have no complaints. I asked for a quote on the living room area rug because I was told that it had to be billed separately as an area rug and could not be included in the 3 room package. The quote was over $400!!! That is so absolutely ridiculous!!! The area to clean is less than the area of either one of the rooms that were cleaned and there is nothing that would be done differently than was done to the other two rooms, in fact, less would be done because it did not have any pet stains that needed to be dealt with. There is no reason for that rug to cost over $400 for a cleaning! About 2 years ago I used your competitor, OxyClean, and they treated my living room area rug like any of the other rooms. Recently I received a coupon in the mail for Zerorez (3 rooms for $139) so I thought I would give you a call, but I will be using OxyClean from now on. Giving me a quote of $400+ dollars to do my living room is despicable!
I had the carpet in my master closet and the tile in my master bath cleaned. The results were very good, BUT the tech left dirty footprints on my light colored travertine from the front door to the master. Water dripped from the hoses and he walked back and forth through it with shoes that left black sole footprints. My cleaning person spent additional time to remove the footprints.
The carpet cleaning was excellent.
The tile cleaning was poor. Initially the floor appeared clean while it was still wet. However, after it dried and your floor cleaner left there appeared residual water stains on the tile everywhere. I had to get down on my hands and knees to wipe up these stains with damp rags to clean up. These white rags were actually BLACK after the cleanup. Upon closer inspection the pores in the tiles were still dirty.
You can refund the tile cleaning charge if you want to make things right.
