I wasn't disappointed until the place where my dog eats his bones, where there was spit mixed with bones on the carpet, reappeared after a few days. Dog spit and bones shouldn't have been that hard to clean.
Very friendly service gentleman. Suggested we treat our carpets since it is a new house (resale) for us that had cat odor in the carpets. Great job and we would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone.

My technician was amazing. With the passing of my mother, the carpets had to be cleaned and the house readied for visitation. He was respectful yet brought some cheer into the home. You have to be careful of the add on costs to try not to oversell your clients. We paid about $300 over the original quote on the phone. I did forget to mention the stairs were carpeted and we did add on stain protectant but it was a bit higher than I would have hoped. I will monitor how the carpet does after the cleaning in the upcoming months to evaluate whether I will call again.
Courteous customer service and technicians. Prompt arrival. Ability to pay with credit card. Thorough cleaning of carpets by technician. Attention to detail. No residue or overwhelming residual odor from cleaning product.

The technician was very polite and professional; however, I really expected the carpets to come out a little cleaner...especially in the heavier traffic lanes. In the master bedroom and hallway, it almost looks the same as it did prior to you coming out...maybe just a hint cleaner. Also, for this being zerorez, it felt like there was still residue with how stiff the carpet was - even by the following day.
I don't really ask people to come back out, as I really don't want to take advantage of anyone. I was once in the service industry, so I know how important you time is. It would be nice for you to come back and maybe redo the traffic lanes only, but like I said, it is not necessary.
I appreciate the technician taking time to get tough stains removed.

I had heard about your company from Barry Young on the radio. You lived up to his recommendations.
Take the 3 room "special" measurements and apply that to any room,hallway,stairs being cleaned.
I got 8 stairs and an "oversized" room, which the entire room wasn't clear of furniture so not all of the carpet was cleaned, for $187.00
I could have gone to a local company and gotten the rest of my carpets cleaned for thy entire amount.

The price quoted on radio was $129.00 I ended up paying $183.00. Very disappointed!!
