I have used other carpet cleaning services in the past and I was always disappointed, I was truly shocked to see the results zerorez provided , I will definitely call them again great!!!
Dillon was awesome... He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do. After he was done which didn't take long at all, my carpets looked brand new. My carpets weren't soaked when he was done just slightly damp. I love that because it doesn't take them forever to dry. I would recommend zerorez to my friends and family in a heart beat and tell them how professional the staff is!! Thank you dillon!

Scheduling. I received a call that service would be a hour later than sceduled, tech arrived more than 2 hours later (8:15pm)

I have had Zerorez clean my carpets twice now and have been very pleased with the results. They can somehow make the original carpet in my master bedroom (21 yrs old) look like new again! We LOVE Zerorez!

Everything! Robert Holt was very professional & did a great job removing the pet stains
from my carpet using only water. In the past, stains from massage oil were also successfully removed without damaging the carpet. I like having clean carpets withOUT
the crunchy soap residue and without dangerous chemicals.
My carpet is just beautiful. It is clean and virtually stain free. It was so bad before the cleaning that I had little expectation of it looking so good. The technician that did the work, Robert Holt, was just wonderful. He explained everything to me before hand and as he went along with the work. He was experienced and courteous. He was especially concerned with safety hazards on my behalf. This is the second time I have used your service and intend to continue to do so.

No chemicals, very fresh clean smell with completed awesome stain removal.
I do not have much experience with carpet cleaning but the entire house was done in less than one hour, the few stains that I did have remain unchanged, I felt like more time could have been spent on it, the rest of the carpet looks better. The technician was professional and personable.

Charging $2/sq. ft for rugs to clean when they took exactly 7 minutes to clean was ridiculous. I had 2 rugs and was told it would be 100 sq. ft. I understood the cost - just not that the time it would take to clean it was 7 minutes start to finish. So $200/ 7 minutes is a great hourly rate if you can get it - rest assured you will never get it from me again and I will be sure to warn everyone I talk to about this gimmick.
Technician was a bit creepy and didn't put near the effort in as the last time I used your company - and I was thrilled last time with the information provided and the effort made even if we didn't have the best result (cleaning a rental house with major pet issue).
I realized that this time, I see the same spots coming back in certain areas that were there originally. I pointed everything out and told the guy. It looked great the first 3-4 days, now things have been showing for a day or so.
I don't understand why it is happening?
