Carpet is clean, fries quickly and is not "crunhy" when dry. Technician was courteous, thorough and did not mess up wood floor in entryway.

That you don't use chemicals and the service man was very nice and polite

The tile cleaning was fsbulous. However, the biological agent used to deodorize the carpet did not work. We subsequently had to purchase another product to resolve the issue.
Have already! Robert Holt did a great job. My wife's very expensive Persian rug and the carpets in our bedroom have never looked better.
It really cleans good
My carpet was very dirty after having six great-grandchildren (and their parents) here for Thanksgiving. The carpet looks great. Just hope I can keep it looking good for a while.

I hate to say we were disappointed, because the customer service was above and beyond what we expected! Jake, our service tech was AWESOME! Very nice, very professional. I realize that some of the stains we had were old, and already set in. However I did expect the carpet to come a little cleaner than it did. One spot in particular seems worse now than before. We paid $281, which is more than we've ever paid for carpet cleaning, so we just expected the carpet to look a little better. I know that Jake did the very best that he could and we in no way hold him accountable for anything.

We liked the fact that you don't use soap in the cleaning process. Carpets & flooring dried fast & look great. Travis Nielson did a fabulous job, very, very nice & respectful young man & very knowledgeable about your product. We will definitely use your services again & hope in the future if Travis is still with you he will be the one to clean our floors. He definitely reflects a positive for your company.

Straight forward
My carpets look great! And the representative that cleaned my carpets and upholstery was very professional and knowledgeable, but I expected my upholstery to come out looking much cleaner than it did. I actually believe I could have done a better job with over the counter cleaner and a scrub brush, plus I would have saved $260! That's how much I paid to have my couch, recliner and dining room chairs cleaned to look just similar as they did to start with.
I wish that I was told that it would be a waste of my money.
