Thought you did a great job. The tech was very nice, and careful to not disturb or break things. And our carpet looked the best its looked in a very long time.

Trey was very professional. The carpets did look better, however, many spots returned after it dried and he left. I am in a rental so not sure what the stain were so we weren't able to know for sure to help him out.

My carpet spots weren't removed to my satisfaction and I was told it was shadows or because of worn carpet pile.

Quality of service

I was pleasantly surprised at what a great job zeroes did on our carpet. The carpet was disgusting from our pets and it came out looking brand-new. Kevin was our technician and he did such an amazing job. He was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be recommending zerorez to my friends and family.

Kevin the tech who came to our house was excellent and did a very thorough application for us. We knew our great room carpet had issues because of 2 sick dogs but were quite surprised at the price to extract the spots. Kevin did work with us to make it more in our budget. Just after talking to customer service I had a $ amount in my head and was not close. Not that the rep had given me a $ amount it was solely conjecture on my part. We will continue to use Zerorez in the future.

Erick was very courteous and professional. He did an outstanding job in cleaning one particular bedroom that was heavily soiled (coke spill) and in removing soap residue from chemicals used on the carpet. I'm very satisfied; would definitely have Zerorez do my carpets again! Thank you.
