They seemed to work very well. Most of the heavy traffic marks and stains were removed. There were a couple stains that did not come out and it still smells like fiberize in the spare room . It is much better than it was and your crew was very respectful. polite and had good follow through.

This is a rental and very dirty. Everyone told me I would have to replace the carpets. The carpets came out Great!!! You use the scrubber brush with your normal process. Your female cleaner was detailed and would highly recommend her.

On time, on budget, good quality, fair prices

I called to tell your company some of the stains were coming back and they said it had been to long so I wasn't in the satisfaction guaranteed timeline anymore. What they said was they would waive the trip cost and re clean my carpet for the size of the room... I stated that I still needed my tile cleaned, some couches cleaned and 3 more rooms, but if I wasn't happy with the service I already gotten why would I continue to use ZeroRes. I just found it odd since I paid $100 more for the stain protection is that you would not come back out to reclean the spot and retreat them with stain protection. Expecially since I needed more work done and I stated that, & I planned on scheduling that that day.

Carpets ALWAYS come out perfectly. Technicians have been exceptional and enjoy having them in my house. Abel Valdez was superb and very helpful. Just recommended you last night while having dinner with friends. I'm sure they'll be calling after returning to the area in the fall.
