Deep clean without residue
It works! There's no residue left that will just attract more stains. My daughters, mother and I have all used your services and won't go with anyone else.
Not that I wouldn't recommend Zerorez, but I would definitely caution my friends/family to be careful of the charges. When I called and got the appointment, the appropriate questions were not asked of me apparently. I was quoted $133 for the service, 2 rooms, and a hall way. (it was $114, but the service has to total at least $133) Even though the special that I hear on JohnJay & Rich show advertises $119 this summer.... It actually ended up costing me $204.(I was not budgeted for that amount of money) And I also was not aware, there were 'bigger than normal" room charges, and different charges to treat different stains... All of this should have been told to me when I scheduled my appointment. I was charged "additional carpet fee" of $40, Hallway $30 (that was part of my original quote) and a topical treatment of $40.00 (that I understood). So needless to say, I was not very happy. On the radio show, John Jay & Rich rave about how a dingy carpet looks brand new after the service and I don't think my carpet looks brand new at all. It was not in horrible shape to start with, just some nasty little stains...My suggestion, is don't quote someone a price and then send a technician out and give an unreasonable quote when they get there... I didn't want to turn your tech away after he was already there. Thank You
Our service technichian (Eric S) was outstanding. He arrived within the scheduled window. He walked through what he would do and how Zerorez was different and better. He had me check along the way. Walked me through expectations (what could and could not be totally cleaned) and why. His work was exceptional.

When you call and say you will be at the house on time, show up on time. Otherwise everything was great.

Robert, the Technician, was very well mannered - a rarity these days - the job was done quickly with little disruption or noise, the carpets did not have an odor while drying and they are soft and smooth, so nice to walk on bare foot, after all, the dogs do! I believe the price was right for the work done. I know that was a special, but I wouldn't want to pay more than that for what I needed done. Thank you, I will use your services again in the future.

Technician was very professional and did a nice job - Keith was his name - he is a good man. The only slight hesitation I have is recommending your service is because there was confusion on the appointment time - My window was 4-6PM and he was told it was 5-7Pm. As it turned out he did get there at about 5:30PM and all was well but it could have been an issue.
The technician (Preston) showed up on time and had a very positive attitude! He did a great job of cleaning our carpets, and gave us a reasonable price.
Carpets clean with no sticky residue, Most carpet cleaners are in and out in 20 minutes or less, just skimming the carpet. ZeroRez was cleaning my carpets for 2 hours. They did a great job!
Your Technician was absolutely amazing courtesy, polite and very knowledgeable
I had two cleanings from them: (1) tile floor and grout and (2) Travertine kitchen countertops. The very affordable, and more than reasonable price, is the number one reason that I loved them. An extremely close second reason is the fantastic, professional job that they did. From the first person I talked to on the phone, to the final cleaning results, I was thrilled and thankful for this company! The appointments were scheduled for as soon as possible (within one to two days from phone call). They give you an exact estimate of the job before they start. Their employees are very upbeat and happy to help you. My tile and countertops are shining! They also take the time to explain to you how to continue cleaning maintenance on the surfaces.
The staff was courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. The carpets look great and I would recommend this service to anyone needing carpets cleaned. Wonderful job, our carpets look new.
