How clean every thing was even the ones that were there when wet are all.gone when it dried
I thought that My charge would be the price for 3 rooms not for 4.
I also thought that the pathways would turn out better.

Professional personnel and quality service
The person was scheduled to do the work between 2-4:00 p.m. They began work at 6:30 p.m. and never made a call to change the time. Once they did arrived they wanted to charge my parents significantly more money to perform the work. We have always had great service from you but this last experience regarding the service provided to my 91 year old parents was terrible. I will have to consider long and hard as to whether I will use you again in the future.
The great job that they did at getting our carpets and tile clean and a good price!

Both the service man and myself were disappointed in the results of the grout cleaning. Our tile and grout is only two years old and should of come fully clean. There are areas that are completely clean next two areas that didn't. I would like to have the grout re-done please.
The tech did an good job.
Casey explained everything and kept me in the completed loop to be sure I was happy. The only think I was not really happy with was how long it took for the stairs to dry. They were still damp the next morning.
How clean you get it and the carpet is soft to walk on!
The tech was very professional and kind. This cleaning was not as favorable as the past times when we had our carpets cleaned by zerorez. It wasn't left as clean as it always was in the past and my carpet was literally sopping wet for a day and a half. We couldn't put our furniture back and it is not like it is freezing cold to warrant it taking that long to dry it was just so wet it was ridiculous.
Great customer service, always a fantastic cleaning job on our carpets. Love that it smells clean and not like chemicals.
Showed up on time, did a good job in a reasonable amount of time, was friendly, offered additional services, but was not pushy about it. Would recommend to others.
Keith was great. Floor did not come out real well. Not fault of Keith's, the previous owner never cleaned well. Tile was cleaned, the grout was too dirty!
Cleaned the carpet very well. The gentleman that came out took his time and worked on high traffic areas to clean them very well. He was also very nice.
I like that harsh chemicals are not used when cleaning floors, carpet and countertops.
