How clean it made the carpet and that the worker was efficient and thorough
Customer service was excellent! Additional charges for pet stains not worth it. It actually spread the stain

Water Sanitizing
The tech was very nice, polite and efficient , did a very nice job. Only one complaint. He left the front door open the whole time he worked on our carpets and we had a million flies in our house for a week.

The technician was friendly andhelpful thorough when explaining the process of cleaning the carpet and did a fantastic job in cleaning hard areas of foot traffic.
The grout in the kitchen did not clean up at all and I felt the price was too high.
My appointment was timely, it was completed successfully and the young man who came and did the carpets was diligent and precise in his work. He was also informative when questioned, and most of all, polite and respectfully spoken, with a good command of the language. What a nice thing.

I like all the info the technician gives you before he even starts. He gives an honest assessment of your carpet/tile, and an honest picture of the end result.
