Everything was good except the appointment set up as the music and infomercials while you wait are obnoxious and makes you want to just hang up. It took me two attempts on two different days to make an appointment and had you not been highly recommended I would not have made a second attempt after my first given the hassle.

My carpet has not looked this good since I moved in. I was amazed that he was bale to get the carpet so clean. Great effort! My technician gave me great advice on how to maintain my carpet and he told me about other services that the company offers. I am going to really consider having the upholstery done.
Thorough and quality service
I had a small stain where my son spilled a yogurt drink and after cleaning / drying the stain is still noticeable and larger than before? This also happen on a pet stain (urine) that was the size of a softball and now is the size of ten softballs. ?? Both of these stains were in my master bedroom.
