Friendly staff and unbelievable results!
Carpets never looked as good
Haley, our technician was very polite and accommodating. He did a good job! One of the best technicians we have had from Zerorez.
I called your office to tell you personally how impressed we were with our service person and his work ... Last Tuesday. ...at the Last name removed house. I hope you received this feedback from the person I spoke with. We don't say this very often.
The work was done well and Charley arrived on time. However, my one complaint was that I was told I would get a call the night before with a window of arrival time, and when I called the morning he was to arrive and told it would be between 8-10, he was at my doorstep with little time to finish moving my furniture and my husband is 93 and cannot help me.
I thought Kevin was very professional..You were on time. Your company communicated correctly. I feel the carpet looks great although it was certainly not in back shape

Not really disappointed because I understood that you do not move furniture. Unfortunately, I also had to move all the furniture back as well as move for the cleaning by myself. Because of this burden I will use my previous cleaner next time because he is full service. Yes, he charges a little more but it will be worth the money. The floors did look nice after the cleaning and the gentleman was very professional.
