Very little or no chemicals used
The technician showed up almost an hour late. what should have taken 4 hours max took over 5 hours. Each time I went to see how he was doing, he was on his phone and not cleaning. We had a funeral later that day and needed to get set up for it. Instead we had to wait for him to finish and try to get the carpets dry before people showed up. This let to slip hazards when going from wet carpet to tile floor. Normally the service is great, but this time it was not close to meeting expectations.
Eric and Clark are very professional and personable. Answered lots of my questions. The carpets look great. Hope to have them in again soon to do more cleaning. Thank you for asking.

It's an organic product, the process leaves your carpet looking new, it dries quickley there is no smell. Looking forward to how it lasts and the spots don't return.
