I love that it's the power of your water that cleans, not soap or chemicals.

First - service is always good. My technician places guards around all door frames to eliminate marring and scratching. It's a small thing that means quite a lot to me. Also our technician is more than careful about leaving footprints on my hardwood floor, and my carpet. He wears booties - again something that seems logical but does not happen. And they are always prompt.

Second - the process itself is the best I have experienced. My carpets look and feel clean with none of that "odd" surface feeling I have noticed from other processes. Who would have thought water would work so well, but the stains I have had treated do not come back, not even the coffee spill that always reappeared after other cleanings. My home smells clean and fresh and my carpets look great.

Since this is our first time using Zerorez, our first impression is very favorable. Although, actual services were substantially more than originally quoted, we also understood that without seeing the home it would be very difficult to give an accurate quote. (Since the initial quote bases it on "X number of rooms for the initial special price, with additional rooms added on the quoted prices, there was a bit of initial shock when the bill more than doubled for the services initially quoted). It would be helpful to have the customer service rep be able to come closer to the actual service costs by calculating the overall sq. ft. of the home. Additionally, We were not quoted a price for scotch guarding all carpets, so that of course added to the final price. We believe that the final service was very good and that Travis was excellent with his work as well as customer service. Please don't be afraid to give more accurate quotes when the initial appointment is made, so that the customer can make an educated decision regarding cost/services needed.

I am allergic to chemical cleaning compounds and since Zerorez is water, there is nothing to fear when you clean my carpet or tile. My carpet is white nylon and it is 10 years old. My husband and I are retired so spend quite a bit of time in our recliner chairs watching television. The areas in front of both chairs were a shade of soiled gray when Zerorez came to clean. I expected those two areas to be a lighter shade but to my amazement when the cleaning was completed, both areas were as white as the other areas that don't receive as much use. The pathways also looked like new. We had Casey (female) here along with Anthony who was training with her. They are both amazing employees and I plan to request Casey or Anthony the next time I call to have carpet or tile cleaned.

My carpet looks brand new! Excellent cleaning method. The technician, Shawn Baker, was
the best, you are lucky to have him as a member of your team. He was courteous, gave great attention to detail, cooperative, and went out of his way to fulfill my request to go over
a few areas that had pet odor a second time. I think Shawn deserves a definite 10!

I have tried other carpet cleaning services in the valley and they cannot compare to Zerorez.
