Service has always been excellent. The technicians are always polite, professional and do a great job.

The last two times that you've cleaned our carpets, there was a striking difference in how clean they were. We were a bit disappointed this time. I'm not quite sure why it didn't come as clean or why some of the stains didn't come out but we do understand that it's 14-year-old carpet that needs to be replaced, so perhaps it is just time. The tile that we had you clean previously did look amazing. We would love to have more done but we were out of the country during September when there was the special this year. Perhaps next September. And perhaps we will have new carpet before then.
Expensive...my other company does not charge piece meal.....it's one set price....stain spraying, etc

My experience this time was disappointing. I had another time I was also disappointed. The rep over sold me and kept pushing for additional sales. I did not mind that but in adding additional services the actual carpet cleaning was marginal.
I use you because even though I have stained carpet from my animals. I at least get a few months before the stains come back. It was only hours before I walked around my bedroom and the problem was back.

The technician was a 10. Did great work and was very nice and professional. I was however not happy with the office which is why I am giving my feedback a 6. I was having tile cleaned in my great room. The great room includes my living room, kitchen and dining area all in one single room. When I scheduled the appointment I was told a room over 250sf will be 2 rooms... it sounds like a big space so she quoted me 3 rooms but said the technician would verify the area when they got to my home. Before the technician arrived I measured it myself. My living room is carpet. So the tile area in this great room was 465 SF. I was shocked and furious when I heard he office was insisting that the area behind my sink island (60sf of tile) must be considered a separate room. That is insane!! So I was going to be charged 3 rooms for a single great room of 465sf of tile. The only reason why I was charged for 2 is because I called and complained and said forget it I don't want my tile cleaned anymore. Then the lady agreed to give me "one room free". I am not going to have this arguement again and I am not going to pay for 3 rooms for this area so I won't call Zerorez again for this service. Which is a shame because I have used Zerorez clean our house, our rental house, my parents rental houses, our office building, and our office suite rentals.
Service was great (arrived early, thank you). Robert Holt explained what he was going to do and what was expected for drying time. He was fast and efficient, carpets look like new.
Extremely courteous and professional technician!
I've used ZeroRez about 8 times now I think. Each time I've been very happy, this time I am not. There are still several stains on the carpet. I had to ask the tech to go over normal wear areas. He told me he had to rake the carpet which opened up the seems on the carpet which was not that way before. He was also not willing to treat one area of master room without doing the whole room. There were 2 men, neither introduced themselves and one of them didn't say a single word the whole time. Not the usual great experience I have had in the past :(
I like the look and smell of the carpet and so does my wife. With pets, the carpets get messy and now it's nice to see them looking like brand new.

Chemical free, excellent customer service and priced right....
When I arrived home, there was still blue highlighter in the carpet. I called the next morning to see if the tech had been unable to remove it or if he had forgotten a spot. I was told there were no notes on the account and that a manager would got info from the tech and call me back. That was yesterday at 8am and I have still not received a call about the blue spot on my carpet. I am disappointed there was no communication regarding the stain left behind on my carpet.
