Quality of steam cleaning of carpets was great

my carpet looks worse then when you started. I live alone and it is only 4 yrs old.
There were no chemicals used. The staff was very friendly and efficient.
Service was performed on-time and in a timely manner. Professional service with professional employees.
There were some soiled spots due to heavy usage and during the pre-treatment they were not wet down as much as the rest of the carpet. The result was that the spots remain they were redone and got a little better. The person that did the work did a good job but I am Not sure that the chemicals used to remove the heavy where areas are good enough.

I missed picking up a small throw rug and step stool. Neither item was picked up by the technician. He cleaned up to the rug but not under.

My carpet is away very fresh and clean, and the staff is always very courteous. Sean, the tech who did the job this time was very nice and friendly and my cat loved him (which is always good sign! lol)
