Used a coupon to save money and ended up doubling the bill. Didn't appreciate the gal telling me how bad the carpet was, then strongly suggesting additional services with an emphasis on no guarantees.
Technician should tell customers FIRST if treatments they up sell "may not work and the only remedy then would replace carpet". I was told this AFTER. They should also clean areas they track up during the cleaning process that wasn't involved in the service. Wall corners were protected however, laminate floors were not.
I like that you do what you say you will do in terms of sticking to the time-slot, and that you call before the technician arrives. Also, Troy was did a great job!

We were EXTREMELY impressed with the Zerorez service. The service techs were on time, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly. We asked them to clean some other carpeting that wasn't part of the original quote and they were very helpful in making that happen. They set up corner barriers to protect our walls (loved that!) and left us with booties for our feet. The carpets are clean and don't feel sticky or gummy. It was a little more expensive than other carpet cleaners, but completely worth it!
