Every time until this last property I have been very pleased with the outcome. This carpet was very dirty but after cleaning it doesn't look like it was cleaned at all.
We have used you at least 3 times and been happy every time.
I really appreciate the fact that there are no chemicals, so I know that my baby will not have any issues being on the newly cleaned carpet. I also really appreciate the price of $129/3 rooms. This made it affordable for us when we would not usually be able to pay for something like this.
The Technician Cody, was fantastic. He paid attention to detail and was very good at addressing my concerns. He cleaned all trouble spots and really made the carpet look great again!. I hope I can request him the next time we need your service.
There was an area in the small bedroom that doesn't look any cleaner after the service.

I was told the grout by the edge of the cabinets couldn't get cleaned - but I was able to clean it with 409 and a brush
The floors come out looking like new every time I have them done (both carpet & tile). Your technicians are nicest, hardworking people and a pleasure to have in my home.

I had a major problem with miscommunication, and walked away thinking it was my fault. Your customer relation person made me feel like I wasn't telling her the truth. She had no patience with me.

Very professional, thorough, and completed the services in a timely manner. The carpet is only minimally moist after cleaning and dries quickly with a fresh smell. Our service technician also was knowledgable regarding other cleaning questions we had regarding furniture and tile.

The products are free from chemicals and waste products. The empowered water doesn't leave a mess film on the carpet. The service was exceptional, Trey was very professional and informative about his method of claeaning and more than exceded out expectations.
