How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The next day I found spots on my floor that the agent seemed to have missed. I removed them with hot shot and water. Was surprised that agent could not remove these when he managed to remove similar spots.

They showed up on time, were very nice/professional, and did a great job! They cleaned up and left no mess, gave us clear instructions for the drying time, gave us the foot protectors and advised us to be careful when coming down from the stairs. We had an excellent experience with Zerorez!

Didn't take technician long to get the carpet done. My high traffic areas cleaned exceptionally well. Nice technician, knowledgeable. I was able to buy a bottle of empowered water for touch ups. Not crunch to carpet when carpet dried.

The tile floors are pretty clean! I've had to touch up some spots here and there but nothing crazy. I also like how our house doesn't smell like harsh chemicals at all.

Our carpet cleaner was very attentive and provided great service. Only issue we had was that the room we asked to have pet treatment ended up smelling worse today then it did before we had the carpets cleaned.
