Craig,my tech, was an absolute genius! We had several pet stains in the house that I was certain would not come out. However, when I returned to check on his progress EVERY SINGLE STAIN was gone, like magic! On top of getting rid of the stain, Craig was on-time, fast, efficient, kind, and professional. Top notch technician with top notch cleaning solutions made this customer one happy lady!! THANK YOU!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpet does not look half as good as it did the first time I had you guys out. In sad to report this because Robert was so sweet! We really enjoyed him, but as it started drying it looks terrible.

Both technicians were great! I appreciated the way they did the job professionally. I additionally was happy that he saw my baby and let me know about your spray that is healthy. I ended up purchasing a container!

It's not your improvement it's just that there may not be anyone I know that needs their carpet cleaned. As far as the work done I would recommend your company.
