I was just amazed at how beautiful my tile came out. Kept hearing about Zerorez on the radio, and took advantage of the 3 room tile special to see if it really was as good as the radio made it sound. It was all they said it was and more, I could not be happier. I will be calling in the next month or so to have all of my tile floors done!

Too expensive...

I like the idea on combining carpet and tile cleaning you had on special. The service tech was very good.

Everything was left clean and sterilized. However even after the reps said they would treat the carpets with the extra cleaning solution to rid the pet smell, the odor remained. The reps did a good job. But I would not have paid extra for a solution that did not work. Nor would I pay for them to come back and do additional treatment. If there is knowledge of pet soil, then the proper treatment should have been quoted in the first place. I feel zero res is good for a standard carpet cleaning, but I think the max should be done to rid of pet smell instead of trying the minimum standard first, then offering to come back for a more aggressive service.

Your representative did a great job on our carpet and our tile looks better than it has for years. Thank you. We will definitely use you again.

This was my second visit from Zerorez this summer. Good service again. Zerorez rep was friendly and professional. The service was priced for a good value. My only concern is the carpet that was cleaned. I'm still waiting for the carpet to dry and hope that it will flatten out again once completely dry. It's a bit wavy right now.

The ease of scheduling, the follow up for appointment confirmation and the prompt arrival of the service technician were all excellent. The cleanliness of the carpet without residue or chemical smell is very good.

I've used Zerorez for 6years and I have seen your guys get out things other companies couldn't. This time in a new house less than 2 years built your technician couldn't get things out that I've seen done before. Now I'm not so impressed so don't know if the cost was worth it. Sorry

timely and efficient...no smells

I like that you stand behind what you say. The first time we had the carpets cleaned a year ago, they did not do a great job but I called and we scheduled another appt and the second time, the carpets were very clean. This time, they were good the first time.

My rugs still smelled after the tech left despite the specific treatments I added. Probably won't use your service again as the result was not any different than your competitors.
